I personally had a bad experience with this company. Besides knowing my situation they said to me they can definitely help and take care of dropshipping violation on my account. I had advised them of what amazon is asking me and I don't have the invoices as I dropship. They claimed they can resolve my issue and get the account reinstated. Then they typed the appeal. Honestly I wrote better appeal than them myself. Then you sign a form that you won't get any refund. I wasn't looking for one it the right effort was made to help me. But we got lost in the loop where amazon never responded. They said they will escalate to legal. And then nothing happened.

Since day 1, even in their free consultation via live chat, I have the feeling that this company will definitely help me solve our IP complaint issue on Amazon, and I was not wrong! I hired these guys to remove hijackers from my Amazon listings, instead they got my listings removed from Amazon, and brought my account on the brink of suspension. Every email was responded to in 24hrs which was very cumbersome specially if you are trying to get an issue like mine resolved.

My account was suspended for close to 3 months with multiple emails from Amazon stating my account will not be reactivated. Within 2/3 weeks Amazon attorneys were able to successfully and professionally reinstate my account!

Perfect Experience with Amazon Sellers Attorney - Nadia was great! I was VERY hesitant due to some saying this is just a scam. But they seemed to have a lot more 5 stars than 1! I had a competitor reporting false IP Trademark infringement complaints - I had a total of 5 claims. My account was not shut down, but my listings were. I was able to successfully get all 5 reinstated within 1 week of hiring them. Amazon didn't always remove after the first appeal, but eventually they all were resolved. Trust the process!
