My amazon account got suspended and then deleted, and after many trials i couldnt fix it. Amazon also disposed my inventory in my expense without asking me and no matter how much i fought there was no solution.

My account was terminated on the grounds of having multiple accounts. This is what Amazon Seller Attorney emailed to my partner after her review. We did not expect a guarantee to be reimbursed, rather a guarantee the firm would have kept the commitment we paid for. We paid a full fee for a deal which meant to include  unlimited escalations.  After only one letter written by them (emailed by us) the firm did not respond to us anymore despite our emails and further information and evidence.
Out of  those quotes I feel there's a lack of an ethical approach, of the professional manner and sensitivity. A delusional experience definitively.

As a business company, we bought a service from Amazon Seller Attorney that seemed ( after a first chat) to be able to solve some issues with Amazon Selling Central . We bought a service for $1375.00 which included " unlimited revision and any necessary escalations" as described in the contract signed by each party.
Unfortunately, after only one letter written out of all the material and infos provided by us, which was sent by our personal email, nothing happened anymore. Despite asking repeatedly by email to escalate the matter ( which was the reason why we bought the service in the first place) the firm did non respond to us anymore. They totally ignored our request. Do not buy their service they are unreliable and unprofessional, once they got the money they dropped the case.

I am happy to report that ASA is very professional and hard working. The’ve worked with me for about 3 weeks untill we got some ASINs approved. I tried by myself initially but wothout success and I’m happy I decided to reach out to ASA. They’ve created POAs but also reached out to Amazon Legal which eventually approved my ASIN

It's a long process appealing to Amazon (which is no fault of Amazon Sellers Attorney). They ended up having to escalate my case to the final level, the legal department -- and I got my store back! They always responded to my emails and questions right away, I even received responses on weekends. I'm 100% satisfied and glad I picked this place.
