Hello! I am Amber, and Noah is my beautiful little boy and inspiration. Some of you who have known us for a while will know we originally started as Noahs Ark Design which specialised in business stationery. As I was finding my ground and taking steps into the world of owning a small creative business - change was due, as I had found where my passion burned and that is in the personalised gifts market! When you have a small child, your side line has to be something you are passionate about, as running a small business takes determination and continued efforts of really loving what you do on top of raising a little human. The community I found myself within through social media channels have really homed in on my growth, and the support system from other small businesses has been overwhelming and inspiring. If you order from Amber and Noah you are supporting a family and a dream, for that I thank you with all my heart. Products will continue to be developed, tweaked and perfected as I am now at a position to really put my Amber and Noah stamp on the gift industry! Gone down hill
I have ordered on multiple occasions and until now have always been happy with the product and services provided however of my most recent order of three items not one was of either the correct quality or product specification. Threads coming off and completely unwearable, one in the wrong colour and the other with stitching missing.
No one replied to my emails and I had to open a PayPal case to even get someone to reply to my emails Overall I have 3 products fit for the bin that the company do not seem bothered by.
The faulty and incorrect items have been returned as requested and no refund has been received

Hey! I am sorry to see this review. It’s never our intention to disappoint customers. Whilst we admit we didn’t quite get your order correct, we also agreed to return it for replacement or refund. However you didn’t return it to us despite providing the postage. We tried a number of times to get you to send the items back, but you just couldn’t go to the post office, Royal Mail office or arrange for it to be collected.
Our emails are monitored frequently and we reply as soon as we can. We have an auto reply explaining that we have two children and work around them.

Love my Purchases, Will buy again!
I have made numerous purchases from A&N, I have bought SnapBacks and babygros, gilets and hoody’s. All items I have received have been the best quality, and even when a SnapBack arrived that was the wrong size, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with little fuss to myself.
Specific to this order, I bought 4 SnapBacks for my boys. This is the second year running I’ve bought these, and only buying again because I have another son to buy for and everyone is getting bigger! So needs a bigger size! I love that I was able to order each child a personalised item with the boys names in and in a colour of my choice. There is such a wide variety or colours to choose from. With 4 boys clothing begins to all look the same! Sk the personalisation is such a help to us!

I bought my son a personalised Side Panel Loungeset and it arrived very quickly. The website is easy to use and has a variety of different items. It’s very smart looking and the colour is great. It also washes lovely and keeps its softness, colour and shape. The fit is fab and my little boy loves it. Would definitely buy from Amber & Noah again

Well, what can I say! From start to finish my experience has been amazing.
From the gorgeous, easy to use website to the choice available I was super excited to receive my order.
My order did not disappoint! It came beautifully packaged in a custom bag with the companies logo on, had a thank you card in for that personal touch and the items were just gorgeous.
I have now been purchasing from Amber and Noah for over a year and my kids are still wearing the first lot of clothes I bought, they have been washed many, many times and still look brand new!

I saw the baseball cap on Stacey Solomon’s story a few years ago and immediately fell in love and bought one for my little boy, it was much too big at the time but now he’s grown into it he wears it everyday!
