I recently contacted Amber and Noah regarding the possibility of received a personalised jumper before my child’s birthday. Despite the short timeframe between me contacting them and the birthday, they assured me they would dispatch this straightaway on the next working day, which they did and the jumper arrived well before the day I needed it!
The jumper was good quality also and with the great customer service I would definitely recommend!

I was last minute ordering my lads first birthday outfit (too busy stressing about the party) and I was recommend by so many people online to use this company! I was not disappointed- I got 3 beautiful outfits , which all recieved so many compliments. I got the items so quickly and Amber was amazing. She was poorly and still managed to get my order to me quickly! The quality of the clothes is amazing and the packaging and branding is lovely! (Even my partner who say he hates me spending money just complimented the package when I picked up my parcel)! Everything was perfect and I’m already searching for my next order! Thanks again!

Not for me! Spent over £40. Found the quality to be poor. Stitching errors. And name embroidery not great at all, it’s coming away before my little girl has even worn it
Dusty pink is more orange than pink. Ribbed suit looks stretched and worn.

Said ten working days … took over 15 working days.
Not impressed. Wish I had of saved my money.

Products are of high quality, fit perfect, the personalosation is stitched depending what product yiu get or vinyl but it doesn't peel off or crack no matter how many times you wash it which is essential woth kids! Not only are the products amazing but so is customer service, quick to respond very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I've ordered from here 3x now and will always be a regular customer will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Ordered a blanket and babygrow for my daughter whilst I was still pregnant. They arrived quickly and are great quality. I get compliments on the items when out and about and have just ordered again. Really recommend

Really poor value, I messaged them the following on Instagram but no reply.

Sent 23rd March - Good morning, I received 1 of my 2 parcels and I wanted to provide feedback on the surprise parcels I received.

I ordered from you and was really excited about receiving the items as I have seen some amazing work you have shared on Instagram and everyone still compliments the jacket we bought for my daughter from you (you are super talented).

However what I have received on this occasion isn’t great.

Surprise bag 1:
The total cost on your website is £32 (£20 for the romper and £12 for a really nicely named vest). I received a really poorly stitched vest - I got this for my nephew and mentioned to his parents how great your work is so I am really gutted as it’s not anything like you share on your website or Instagram. The dungarees are fine, but the total cost is not over £35 as sold.

The dress is not great, fabric is bobbling, and again the vest is really poorly stitched.

I also shared pics but no reply. I know the owner was unwell so allowed some time to reply but they are now back up and running so no excuse

I have also received the robe ordered on 1st March over a month later on 5th April and i have to say this is poor quality too.

Incredibly disappointed and won’t be ordering from this company again.

Amber and Noah is my go to kids clothing for my little boy! Fantastic quality and true to size! Amber goes above and beyond for her customers and nothing is ever a problem! 100% recommend!!

I ordered a 1st Easter bunny for my Grandson on the 19th March as I had to post it on to my Son in Scotland, it arrived on the 5th April eventually. I contacted the company, after 10 working days, as it clearly states that in busy times it could take up to 8 working days for items to be sent. I got a reply 3 days later saying that Easter and Christmas item were exempt, where does it state that? I was also told if I couldn’t wait I could get a refund however it was too late to do that, so I waited.

When the bunny arrived it was really poor quality looks like a cheap import and the iron on transfer in the ears was awful quality I could probably have done better using ebay and getting the stickers myself. The Bunny was so poorly stuffed it was almost like there was none in there. I had to immediately go up to the post office to ensure it got there in time, luckily I had been on a business trip to London and got a Teddy from Hamleys for him, which was cheaper than the rubbish these people are selling, so I put that in to make up for it.
I did contact the company again, their reply was outrageous, they said they had sold 100s and no one else had complained, that my comments were not true and if I left this review it would ruin their business. However if you look at all the bad reviews here they are all the same poor quality, late arriving and awful customer service. I won’t be using them again, especially when I found another company who would embroider the name in and get it sent in 2 days, its entirely up to you if you do, but read the reviews first.

Ordered a £44 ultimate mystery box& I’m extremely disappointed in what I received. I knew it was a mystery box so it would be a mystery but I’ve looked at the companies mystery bags on their videos on TikTok& the one I received is nothing like the ones on there. The products looked lovely& good quality. Whereas the items I received are thin& cheap. Looks like items from Aliexpress. Will not be buying again.

Received my orders so quickly and love all of it. One of my orders was a surprise parcel for my little boy and it did not disappoint! Lovely stuff and such good quality! I also ordered a tee for myself and I love it! Will 100% be ordering again 🤍
