I hope you are well. I ordered a denim jacket on 23/02/2024 which has only just arrived, I understand the timescales are stated on the website however it took around 6-7 weeks. I received no update and even when I chased I received one reply...very short with no detail/ timelines. Additionally, when the jacket has arrived it is such poor material, not at all what was expected.

I'm a huge fan of personalised items however I would seriously think before ordering again as its been just a extremely disappointing experience.

I have never had any issues with my items. They wash really well and no colour bleeding.

I’ve ordered from Amber & Noah a few times now and every time the items are absolutely brilliant! Even the mystery bags are always items I’d have picked myself. The customer service is great too and really responsive, even at a busy time of year like Christmas. Will be ordering again and would definitely recommend.

Ordered black Friday sale items and didn't really expect to receive them before Christmas they arrived on 11th 8 items all personalised.
