Amber Windows Reviews 

My father, a pensioner had windows installed from amber windows. The installers did a brilliant job. Only issue now is the sales people keep calling again and again. Several times I have told the company please don't call( latest was yesterday at 4pm )at different times of the day as my father struggles to get up. Also he keeps getting disturbed when he is asleep. Today they just called again when after I was told they will remove his name from the list. I am not the one who leaves negative reviews but I hope someone else will read this.

Dont give them any money, They take it then you cant get it back with nothing to show for it. Has caused so much stress. Dont touch Amber Windows

Fantastic Company to deal with. From start to finish Paul, who we initially met to talk about having the windows and doors replaced was excellent. Windows are fantastic quality sales and surveyor where brilliant and when it came to fitting Mark came and fitted them himself and he couldn't have done a better job . we are thrilled with the whole experience and love our new windows and doors . We will certainly recommending them to friends and family and if we ever need anything else doing in terms of roofline etc we will be using this company again

Julian and Steve came to fit our windows and were very professional. They turned up on time and were very friendly.

The windows were fitted expertly and in good time by Steve, who did a great job. They were friendly, very helpful and skilful. Everything was left clean and tidy and in good order.

The window and door fitters do a great job, but the sales ream need to improve. Despite telling several callers who don't give their name ('just a Manger at Amber calling') very clearly that we have no budget to purchase further Windows and doors because we both got made redundant, we still keep getting calls from them each month. Last time they called I tried to get the message across yet again very clearly that it would be several years before we could buy again, they still try to rinse you each month. over inflated prices too. Stop calling me, and stop calling my husband - PLEASE!!!!

Julian and Steve were prompt and extremely helpful with the installation. Tidied up after themselves and took the time to explain all the features of the door to both myself and my wife. Excellent service from start to finish.

Julian and Steve were brilliant and friendly . Came early cracked on with the job , took care when working and cleared up well after themselves.

This is absolutely disgraceful and quite frankly insulting. You called us claiming you would pay us for our old windows, and that we would pay for new ones with money taken off the price. But for just two windows, you want us to pay £2,800 for replacements, while only offering a measly £44 each for our existing ones. That is nothing short of a joke.

We are not born yesterday — we fully understand inflation, material costs and labour, but this is taking things far too far. Let’s be clear: you contacted us first; you made assumptions based purely on the size of our property without any fair assessment. This quote is clearly an attempt to rip us off.

Offering such a tiny amount for our old windows while charging an inflated price for new ones is completely out of order. It feels like you think we don’t know any better, but we do. This is an appalling way to do business, and your proposal is totally unacceptable.

Let this be a warning to others: do not be fooled by their approach — they will try to take advantage and offer unfair deals if you let them.

Julian and Steve are a credit to the company and we would highly recommend them to fit your windows and doors. The professionalism is exceptional, time keeping and attention to detail were fantastic. Make sure you have loads of tea and coffee available.

Ian Reeves came today to fit my front door and what a fantastic job he did attention to detail and cleanliness and even tidied up after himself and got the Hoover out was very impressed. Would highly recommend Amber Windows.
