My window fitter Ian Reeves arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule and was helpful and courtious throughout. Altogether a great customer experience from first contact to fiinshed job.

We had a new front door fitted today by Ian. From quote to installation, the process was easy and we’re very happy with the final result.

I had a quote today from Amber Windows for something incident ask for (Composite Door) for £2100. And then when I asked him to quote me for the UPVC door I had requested he not only looked at me in shock he then proceeded to quote over £2800. His reasoning behind this ridiculous quote was that noone wants UPVC doors now and this is why they are now more expensive than Composite. Do Amber Windows really think their potential customers are this THICK. how they get any business is beyond me. Never again

Quick, simple and professional installation of both front door and french windows.
Tired old pvc replaced with a smart composite/wood in a low profile secure frame - the doors don't rattle or let in a draught any more!
The fitters cleaned up after themselves and were quick and polite.

Ian came and installed the windows in the best the best perfection and very friendly .

Had these guys knock on my door over 10 years ago, gave them my number for a quote and have been receiving phone calls ever since. Asked several times to have my number removed only to have the phone hung up every time.

Had a new front door &&side window fitted this morning. Very happy with the work carried out by Ian Reeves reg no.123111, would highly recommend him

well booked and quote every month since have been rang about it even after told i was having job done by some1 else keep getting constant calls this is harassment and will be notifying trading standards

Well it's true what Ted Moult said on a tv commecial that you only fit double glazing once so fit the best and I believe the latest triple glazed Elegance windows by Amber Windows and frames ARE the best. Window frames sit flush so can't be crow barred open. I also had the front of my house recladded. Yes, they were not the cheapest but no regrets about the cost because both installations are quality by experienced and respectful fitters employed by Amber (not sub-contracted out). Great job! Oh, and the feather test Ted used to do on the advert I did the same and absolutely no draught even though it was blowing a gale outside.

Very strange experience with one of the quotation reps and the offices disbelief that my husband had actually left me to pick the door alone.........

Women can do things too........and they have their own money.........you won't be getting any of mine!!!!

Had representer name Keiran turley came yesterday quote from amber been overpriced just for one small window and one kitchen window for over two grand pathetic and I had a quote the same price but triple glazed under two grand, I feel the advantage of my arthritis poor health, and being on my own,

Kole came and fitted a window and patio door, arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great service and windows. Would highly recommend

Just want to let you know about my experience with Amber windows.well where do I start from first contact to completion the whole thing has been an absolute breath of fresh air .Dale the sales guy was very helpful from the start and can honestly say there were none of the old pressure tactics that some of there competitors use just honest advice .after saying we would think about it and seeing other company's we then decided to go with amber about a week later .straightaway they came out measured up and gave us a date for fitting thanks josh.then had a call from brendon to say they were already fabricating our windows and if we had any questions to call him .after a week we decided to have new facias and guttering done at the same time so phoned brendon and sorted with him I didn't realise he was on holiday at the time but he sorted that out for me aswell no proplem .thanks to rich and Dan who came and fitted that loveley job .next came the windows fitted on the exact day they said they would be by James and mel to great guys who were very efficient and tidy once again thanks.after completion had a phone call to see if we were happy with everything and of course we were more than happy they look great. So to conclude a great company to use no pressure. Do what they say .always there to help .price wise not the cheapest but also not the most expensive but a very good high quality product and quality costs so well worth it .so if your looking for new quality windows at a reasonable price do yourself a favour and phone these guys you won't be disappointed.
