I placed an order on 25.05.25, which I have not received. I have contacted Ambrose Wilson & Evri for an update, but, neither have replied. Customer Service amongst online businesses appears to be deteriorating, time to revert back to The High Street!

Account fraudulently setup in my name
Account fraudulently setup in my name - has completely ruined my credit score. Now I have to wait and see if the action they have taken is sufficient for it to recover, and for the debt collection agency to stop sending me mail. Someone should not be able to spend credit in my name without valid ID. I do not consider an old address and incorrect name valid ID so how this was linked back to me I do not know. Maybe it is the fault of the debt agency or Ambrose Wilson, or perhaps just the system of buy now pay later. Either way it's a waste of everyone's time.

Lack of customer service. Deserves 0 stars.
Ordered 4 items. Received email stating one item not in stock but no mention of a refund. Two out of four items arrived. Tried their online chat to chase up one item & ask where my refund was. At 17.37hrs I was 149 in the queue. At 18.40hrs I was 3 in the queue. I then went backwards to 5th in the queue & then they closed the online chat line at 1900hrs. Shambolic customer service. I would have given 0 stars for their lack customer service & waste of my time.
