Amco Management Reviews 

Amco removed a frame and fence panel that i share with their property in order for them to carry out some work on a gate column. Three months later it had not been put back or the frame replaced. We are left with a section of the side missing, which restricts the play of children in safety. Myself and the tenant tried to put a panel their- but they had moved the actual frame.

4 month of trying to get them to correct this and trying to help- The management came with two maintenance workers and said it would cost me £45. I had a perfectly fine fence and frame before they took it down. I tried to put a panel there but they deconstructed the frame it slides into or a wood section to attach it to.

Today i had 3 men ( two who were very aggressive) with out masks, on my property shouting at me and trying to get me to pay for something i did not remove. I literally only contacted them in the beginning to help.

I'm not sure if Amco follow Covid policies on mask wearing, But their harassment and inability to handle building the new frame (they removed) is disrespectful of the value of others property, the aesthetic of the area and with such impolite manners.

I recently purchased a poorly maintained house from Amco with the objective of re-selling after extensive renovation. Thankfully, the ROI was as anticipated and this is largely due to the project management support I received from Amco from the initial stages of reviewing the property, through to purchase, renovation, legals, the necessary 'bits 'n pieces' and eventual sale. This is my first foray in to property investment and the support I received was excellent and really very comprehensive.

Our shop was let with Pini’s efficient and professional assistance within a week of giving it to Amco. We have tried various other estate agencies over the last couple of years and no one comes close to the this company and staff at Amco. Our tenant was also very complimentetive of the company and boasted what a pleasure it was to work with them.

I had a fantistic experience. The staff were very efficient, kind and professional.

My estate agent was Avi and he was amazing. Even though he was on holiday, he made the effort to ensure i got into my flat asap. He understood my needs and always aimed to be efficent in the admin side of moving home. He is always kind, courteous and quick at clearing up any questions i had.

The only negative i can think of was that the admin fees were a little steep; however i would still say it is worth it.

I have had 4 landlords agents while I have been in this apartment over 5 years. I have to say Amco Management have been excellent since they took over. What ever problem I have whether a main communal door or a bulb replacement, it is attended to within hours day or night.

Most amazing agent I know of called back when they said they would and sorted any problem we had straight away their maintenance team is also spot on.

Once again excellent service from Amco Management and it's out side contractors. This company has to be the best to Rent Property from.
As I said in my last comment i'v been with Amco for years and never failed always been very fast at sorting repair work and brilliant at choosing out side contractors who where perfect from start to finish
