The information shown on the webpage is incomplete, it never mentions a front deposit to use the car, It never mentions a full coverage it only let you buy basic coverage without the page mentioning it. I didn´t see stated anywhere that for basic coverage yo should leave $15,000mxn but if you add a plus coverage it can go down to $5,000mxn. It feels like a scam since you cannot have your money back if you paid up front on the webpage. the whole time it felt like the staff did not want to rent me a car. They asked me document as if I wanted to open up a bank account or credit account. Including an account state. Even though I accepted to pay more for the plus coverage I was still requested to leave $15,000mxn since my card wasn´t from a recognized bank. Overall the renting experience was awful, I would not recommend it to anybody and I will avoid renting with this company again. I´m even being pushed everyday to answer this survey.
In the other hand the car was as expected, ok with no mechanical failures

The price was AMAZING and the staff were top notch! They made the process of renting the car so easy and effortlessly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I was so pleased that they provided transportation to and from the airport at no extra charge. The car was clean and in excellent condition and it drove beautifully. We had no problems with our rental car the entire week we were in Cabo from April 26th through May 2nd. If you want to rent a car with a smooth process and GREAT staff........go to AMERICA CAR RENTAL to be treated right!!!!!

This place is dodgy as hell
This place is dodgy as hell. They will try to scam you. Don't book anything through a third party or you will have hundreds of dollars in extra fees and thousands of dollars in deposit fees. They don't honor any of the guarantees on their website unless you book directly through the website. They also tried to scam us into some condo deal while we were there. It was awful.

Extremely unprofessional service
Extremely unprofessional service. Scammers. They took a deposit and then never returned it. They did not explain the terms and conditions properly at all. They also charged very high insurance fees separately from the reservation made through another company. Do not use them. This is a company that will take your money. There are many other car rental agencies — use them instead

4 days basic car in Chiapas
We rented a car for 4 days in Chiapas. Attention was quick, we pre-booked by phone and everything was ready once we got there. No major hassle with returning it, just a quick check.
The car itself could get some maintenance, but it worked well enough.

I messed up when ordering online, and ordered a manual when I wanted an automatic. The staff went out of their way to treat my dumb ass with respect, and help get me a car with an automatic transmission. Quite grateful

Great staff, service and good quality/price
All the staff were great and helpful! The service was excellent. Although the car looked a bit untidy, it worked well throughout the trip. The price was great. However, I think the full coverage is expensive since it costs almost the same as the total car rental
