Professional and speedy
Professional and speedy service from Ace, Sloane Avenue. My son’s tuxedo was almost destroyed due to him getting into a fight. It’s been carefully cleaned and pressed and I will be sewing up the rips myself. Definitely pricey but still cheaper than a new tuxedo. Thank you!
I visited many times Kings road branch
I visited many times Kings road branch, I had a few alteration orders that Soghra did very well and I was very pleased with his job. I recommend that you definitely use it, and the manager there, Sonia, was very polite, kind and helpful.Highly Recomended.Josy

AVOID! Come here if you want your clothes ruined
I dropped off my puffer jacket at the Hampstead branch because I found a few grease stains. Since it was brand new, I figured I should take it to the dry cleaner immediately. Not only did they not remove any of the stains, but they managed to ruin the actual fabric - they TORE IT and left some glue stains. They assured me that they would return it to dry clean and sorry for the inconvenience. A week later, I came back to find the same grease stains, the torn fabric, and the glue stains. I asked for compensation and a refund (85 GBP - not cheap!!) to which the manager had already agreed to in the event that they wouldn't be able to remove the stains. They told me that there was no mention of a refund. This was a brand new jacket....While at the dry cleaners, I also overheard staff saying "Oh thank god we didn't put these in the washing machine, they would've shrunk!". That's the level of professionalism at this dry cleaners.
Update: the manager called me back and told me that they would not give me a refund for the service, let alone compensation for the damage to the jacket. He told me to try using "the chatbot".
Update: I called the number provided in the company's reply to this comment, and I've been waiting for them to call me back ever since. Every time I call telling them that I need a reply, they say they will "call me back".
Update: They called me back and told me that I needed to drop off my jacket again and that it would be sent to customer services for inspection. I was told that they were going to send me a form to fill out, where I could include the cost of the jacket.
Update 10 days later: After several back and forth emails with customer service, I received a refund for the service charge (£85.99) from the branch manager and picked up my jacket. However, I never received a form from customer services to complete, which would have allowed me to add the cost of the jacket and proceed with the compensation claim process (as they had previously told me).
The real issue arose when the branch manager suggested (he was probably instructed to say this to me) that the fabric scratch on the jacket existed before the cleaning, cleverly hidden by a stain the company had tried to remove, making it more visible now.
What irked me, even more, was the apparent attempt at gaslighting, implying that the issue was pre-existing despite the branch manager's records of new issues that emerged after the initial cleaning, as evidenced by one of the receipts.
As a customer who had recently purchased the jacket (only 2 months ago, including the time it spent with the company), I found it utterly unacceptable that the company wasn't taking responsibility for the issues and was instead trying to shift the blame onto pre-existing conditions.
I was also taken aback when, during a phone conversation, I was told that my refund for the service charge would only be processed if I removed the review I had posted on Trustpilot. It felt like an act of blackmail, especially considering the company's dismal 1.8-star rating on TrustPilot, suggesting that addressing such issues transparently would be more effective in salvaging their reputation. I of course contested this by saying that I would remove my review and then re-post it after they had given me the refund for the service - how about that?
In response to these unethical practices, I drafted a detailed email expressing my concerns and disappointment to the company's customer service (yet another email). I emphasized the need for a fair resolution to the matter.
Update TBD.

Paid an extortionate amount to have…
Paid an extortionate amount to have some expensive evening trousers taken up. Went to the Primrose Hill branch, put them on in the changing room with the shoes I wanted to wear them with so their seamstress could pin them up to the right length. Both hems came down first time I wore them. When I took them back the girl behind the counter argued loudly that I should have brought them back within 48 hours of collection (I didn’t need them for 3 weeks) as if that made shoddy workmanship ok, then argued again with my husband loudly that I must have trodden on them so it was my fault. Given their seamstress pinned them up they went all out not to accept any responsibility whatsoever, then suggested - while not accepting any fault, they’d re-do them for another £15. Most unhelpful and disinterested service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!

LOST MY CASHMERE & NO COMPENSATION
LOST MY CASHMERE CARDIGAN FOR 14 WEEKS.
Dreadful service from their head office who show no care for their local customers. They have no complaints procedure hence why I’m here along with all the other reviewers who have had same appalling service.
If you can’t afford to lose something then do not leave it with these cowboys.
All their cleaning takes place in a factory in Colindale … heaven knows who is running that place. Some kind of cowboy I reckon.

Stay far away from this place!
Avoid this place if you cherish your clothes! I took my brand new designer trench coat in for a simple stain removal, and not only did they fail to remove the stain, but they also completely ruined the leather buckles. They refused to take responsibility, even after a long discussion with the branch manager and a 5-week wait for a verdict. Their customer service is appalling – steer clear!

Do not use this dry cleaning company
Do not use this dry cleaning company! Paid £65 to replace a zip and after the first attempt to take the cover off it broke in 2 places, will not repair and said I have to pay to again go fix after only 4 months and actually the first time I had used the zip since it was repaired! Absolute scam the managers are money grabbers and I have reported to trading standards as is a breach of consumer rights act as not fit for purpose.
May the employee was really defensive and rude and went as far as saying I had melted it?! they will make up anything not to take responsibility! I have a statement from a professional dry cleaning company that states the zip the used was a cheap clothes zip not appropriate for a sofa cover and that the ‘teeth’ bent dye to bad quality zip and not ‘melting’! So unprofessional and bad quality staff, management and products!
I wish I had read all these reviews…
I wish I had read all these reviews before I used them.
The customer service was just awful.
Anne Marie was incredibly rude.
I had come to pick my dress up on the day asked of me but didn’t realise they had a particular pick up time also.
She was condescending from the moment I walked in and I couldn’t work out why until she rudely told me I was obviously too early to pick up my things.
I apologised and she was still pissed off and dismissive the rudeness continued until I left.
It made me very uncomfortable to pick up on a few hours where she was dismissive and just awful.
It’s an overpriced establishment where you have to pay before knowing the outcome of your service and terrible customer service on top.
Believe reviews please.
Pathetic Customer Service
I picked up an umbrella that came up as £2 more on the till. The manager said he couldn't sell it to me at the advertised price, using the excuse "I don't know how to change the price" & then proceeded to remove others that had the same price tag on them and hide them all out of sight. I realise he didn't have to sell it at the sticker price but he forgets that it takes years to build up a reputation but only seconds to destroy it. By refusing to honour the advertised price, he has now lost hundreds of pounds worth of business, as my company often used this cleaners but with such poor Customer Service, I'm now happy to use rival stores instead & shall recommend my other business colleagues to do the same.
Poor all round
Poor all round. Seemingly incapable of providing a consistent service. And the lady who works at the store is particularly rude and unhelpful
Do NOT use this company
They ruined a silk pleated skirt by pressing it completely flat. No acknowledgement of any responsibility. Only compensation £20 credit against future cleaning or shoe repairs - as if I would ever use them again. They even argued about refunding the original cleaning fee. If I could give no stars I would.
Worst customer service I've ever received.
Astounded by how bad the customer service is. Paid for trousers to be shortened, wore a few times and a few months later the hem came down already. Took it in to be fixed and was told there is a 48 hour policy and I would have to pay. Called number on the website and cannot believe how rude he was, he laughed at me, spoke over me the whole time, and hung up on me. Even if there was no resolution I cannot believe he spoke to a customer like that. Never using them again.

I gave my blue duffle coat to the st…
I gave my blue duffle coat to the st johns wood branch in St John's Wood to be dry cleaned and repaired at the stitching were buttons are and cleaned inside and out, I payed alot of money for this.
Unfortunately as I went into the branch at St johns wood, i asked for my coat and checked it throughly
The coat is damaged and has been sewn incorrectly and out of place completely the tussles on the coat holding buttons have all frayed out,
I asked to see a manager a man called muaz told me she is not here, I will need to return and left my coat at the shop and made it very clear I'm very unhappy and my coat needs to cleaned properly and repaired at the damages done to it
I asked for a photo image of my coat to be sent to me and was told by muaz the shop assistant thus can't be done. I'm very very disappointed I feel my money was robbed from me and my coat destroyed by them this is now my second time of poor service from the st johns wood branch.
I don't know if they will repair my damaged coat??
I have lost alot of money
I called head office and they said they will chase it, during the phone call I feel I was not taken seriously or apologised to at all it was very disrespectful and poor service.
Head Office did not return my call as requested I spoke with Mark James.
Worse experience in my life.
Worse experience in my life.. not gonna lie. I dropped off an expensive bit of fabric to be sewn to size. Nothing complicated.. I waited nearly a week and a bit then decided to chase. I got through to a terribly rude man, I advised that I gave not been contacted about my item, he said he was calling the shop in question. I waited on hold for some time, apparently was the owner and said he spoke to the three people involved and that they have called me. I replied I only spoke to one person face to face. I explained how this was not true. he then proceeded to call me a liar, I was so upset. He didn’t care continued to be aggressive I said their had to be another contact. He said NO only me. I was abused and laughed at over the phone. This was my local company, apart from being overpriced. I shall never ever go to any of their shops again. Rude, incompetent and aggressive. Disgusting behaviour.
Possible damage of an item, no resolution given/no response and no item return
I left a jacket for dry cleaning on the first week of October this year. Unfortunately, it had returned from the cleaning with different stains from the ones I brought it in for and it has happened twice already! The second time it went for cleaning, it came with an accessory broken, which they claim they are not responsible for. Unfortunately, if the jacket had been cleaned properly on the first attempt, this wouldn’t have happened, but still they insist “the jacket is wearable “. The problem is that some accessories are what make a piece of clothing special and sometimes they cannot be replaced. That’s the kind of approach I would expect from a company who claims to care for the items that the customers trust them with, in the first place.
It is extremely difficult to get hold of the managers/headquarters, there aren’t emails or phone numbers that the branch can provide, they can only request call back/email to customer.
Today is the day that I’m still waiting for a response/resolution and return of my jacket to the branch for collection.
At this stage, it has occurred to me that I might not even see my jacket anymore or be able to wear. It is a very expensive piece of clothing which was bought in September (still have the purchase receipt!) and only worn once, so you can imagine how disappointed and frustrated I feel about the whole situation!
I appreciate that lack of personnel may be one of the reasons for the delay in responding, but waiting more than 2 months with empty promises?! This is exaggerating!
Never felt so disrespected and humiliated with the lack of ownership and willingness to resolve an issue from a company before.
I hope they revert very soon, otherwise I will be forced to take another approach which might be so pleasant for either part.

I promised I would never use this…
I promised I would never use this swindling company again after they ruined my trousers and shirts. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry for alterations. It's close to my home, so I tried them again. I had my jeans taken up. Rather than stand with the "manager" and the lady who assumes she knows what she is doing. First, they played ignorant. Then they both argued that I was wrong; they denied any responsibility, the ignorant machinist walked away. I left with the ill-stitched jeans asking them both to check the hem on their own jeans when they get home. Absolutely appealing. They also charge you before you see the rubbish job. I will keep my promise never to return, and tell everyone I know to avoid this rubbish outfit.

Just terrible. Don't recommend
If you want to pay and ruin your clothes, come to this company. I was a regular customer until they ruined my blazer. Not only didn't they offer a refund, but were rude to me. Terrible experience.
Totally inept and unprofessional
Delivered an expensive Ralph Lauren purple label suede jacket to a London W1 branch and they totally ruined it! In my opinion, from interaction with their head office they are a bunch of unprofessional chancers. Avoid - you might as well use an independent local cleaner - you'll get better service at a fraction of the cost. The 74% of 'bad' ratings have it spot on - only surprise is it's not a bigger percentage.
If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. I entrusted them with a signed football shirt for spot-cleaning around the edges - the signatures were not to be touched. This instruction was written down 3 times. They cleaned (and thus ruined) the entire shirt - and offered me £100 to go away. I ended up taking them to the small claims court but it was struck out on a technicality. The owner is a devious liar and and some of his staff are similarly dishonest. Avoid like the plague.
