We would go again with American Sky! Top Pro Tour - memories for the rest of our lives. Western Discovery Tour was a great experiences!

We have booked the last 2 years with American Sky, we visited Orlando Florida twice and added New York to our trip this year. Jennifer O Riordan at American Sky looked after us both years, we actually asked for her again this year because she is so patient, helpful and has a lot of knowledge to share. We made the mistake and booked the wrong Sheraton in Orlando and when asked if possible to change to a different Sheraton she did everything she could to help, we really appreciated this as the error was ours not hers. We will go back to American Sky because of the customer service and excellent value.

The booking process was very good. The holiday itself was amazing. The guidebook that is delivered to the hotel is extremely helpful and personalised to your trip. We did have to pay $3 to collect it from the hotel concierge though, however this is of no fault of American Sky.
All in all I would definitely book through American Sky again and would recommend them to anyone else.

American Sky was recommended by a colleague. Despite my reservations that we'd pay "over the odds" for booking our holiday through a Travel Agent, I was pleasantly surprised!

Jennifer priced numerous variations of our holiday (3 locations) and came up with the best itinerary that suited our party and holiday times. She answered the majority of our queries immediately and even made suggestions or gave alternative options.

When we ran into some difficulties with paperwork she was onhand to talk us through everything and even called me to remind me about applying for our ESTA visas.

Without a shadow of a doubt Jennifer and her colleagues made the holiday completely stress-free! She saved us money, time and anxiety! For our next trip to America we will definitely be back to American Sky.

We did a twenty four day American selfdrive tour of the west. I made a list of things and places we wanted to see and Melanie Priest of American Sky helped us planning the tour and she made the bookings as well. The places she booked was far beyond our expectations and the route worked out perfectly. The car we got was very good and we had no trouble with it. We were very happy with everything American Sky arranged and they went out of there way to assist us. I found their service very professional and trustworthy. We will for sure use them in future again.

I received excellent service from American Sky Tralee office. I would definitely recommend these guys, I have booked Orlando with other travel agent before but I didn't receive the same level of care as I did with American Sky.

The service we received from American Sky was absolutely excellent. Our consultant Adam Brinklow was so very helpful attending to our specific requirements from the very start right up to our actual holiday. Our family all had a wonderful holiday thanks to American Sky sorting and arranging it all for us: 5 of us travelling from the UK, 2 travelling from New York, all flying in to San Francisco airport and landing within an hour of each other to meet up for our holiday together. The hotels in San Francisco and Napa Valley were excellent and all our needs were met. It's very obvious your holiday happiness is important to American Sky and I highly recommend them!

We chose to use American sky because they offered the package that we wanted for our dream wedding. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with you. Planning a wedding abroad is very daunting, but any questions I had were answered and any concerns I had were put to rest!

Excellent tour - highlight was the Grand Canyon (when it snowed!) and Zion Canyon, which was just out of this world.

Only improvement could be the removal of the Ruby's Inn at Bryce Canyon, which was very poor quality compared with the other hotels on the tour, which were excellent. and more time in Zion Canyon - only 3 hours allowed which was not enough at all. Have recommended that they swap the 2 nights at Bryce Canyon, at Ruby's Inn, with 2 nights at Zion Canyon, staying in one of the lodges. This would be a great improvement. All in all however, an excellent tour as it stands.
