Fast replies to queries, very friendly and helpful and cost was fair.

Only negative was one of our hotels had not received payment but this was very quickly rectified.

This is the second multi USA city holiday I have booked with American Sky. Brendan is excellent to work with, very quick to respond with quotes or answer questions and honest with answers. He's so good I've already booked out next trip! Highly recommended, best value for money by far

I needed fast travel arrangements to USA following a death in the family. - flights, US rail tickets there and back. Having had my flight delayed by 4 hours (turned into 5) the rail bookings had to be changed and overnight accommodation booked at the very last minute. I cannot fault American Sky as they got on with the job and my new E-tickets and vouchers were sent to my email address before the taxi arrived to take me to the airport.

I have used their services in the past for a bespoke air/rail trip to the US and future travel arrangements will be definitely be handed to American Sky.

hi to everyone who is looking to have the dream holiday of a life time.My husband had been looking at travelling to America for a long time.we are in our 60,'s,he found American Sky_tropical sky's site on the net .Thought it to good to be true,very hesitant ,!but rang after quite a while as they were a wonderfully priced and the package was brilliantly exciting a dream holiday.We phoned and spoke to Adam who reassured us,was very helpful and answered all our questions could not have done more for us.I said yes we are going ,and we booked for May 2016,Wow from the time we got on the plane american airlines it was great flight free drinks etc .L A hotel very nice ,our tour operator was Mark Roberts driver Tony what didn t he know, a very professional caring organised car t say enough!.that made us feel very comfortable we could just sit back and enjoy our dream holiday.Where they took us was everywhere we could.not believe our luck to ha e booked them.When we went to the Monument Valley I was in tears at what we saw,I will never forget it. Bryce canyon was snowing just a bit not enough to be to cold it was beautifull.As were l the other canyons and places .Won't say anymore don't want to spoil your surprises :) ha ha.thank you Mark and Tony say hi to them from lin and joe f.We tell everyone we meet about our holiday because we want them to experience it themselves if they want t to go to america a nd see the sights to many to say,!.Just book you will not be disappointed as for the hotel s they were l just lovely big clean and comfy big tv's lovely showers etc.friendly

Easy to pick up car in airport. House was great. Loads of room. Booked a three bed house and got a four bed. Very clean with own pool. Pool and air hockey tables in garage were great entertainment for kids as too dark in evenings to get into pool. Free wifi was great also.
Enjoyed every minute of the holiday. Orlando not just for the kids. Great times were had by all.
Being able to pick up the phone and have any questions answered by someone here in Ireland ( Ciara in Kerry office) really helped me as I had never booked a holiday with an agent like this before. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic company. Over £1000 cheaper than the big brands (Virgin/ Thomson etc) for a better quality holiday. We upgraded our flight seats and they were still that much cheaper than the big brands.
We did a multi-centre trip to New York and stayed at Hotel Edison, literally a stones throw from Times Square, and Las Vegas and stayed at the Luxor which was just the kind of atmosphere we were wanting from our Vegas stay.
I couldn't recommend this company enough, I've told everyone I know that is thinking of going on holiday to check this company first. Not just for the value of the holiday, but the service received was brilliant too. They're quick at answering emails or if that isn't for you, they're just at the end of the phone (a landline contact number too, so no costly calls to an 08 number).
Will definitely book our next american holiday with these guys.

Fly drive to New England in an exceptionally (record-breaking) warm October. Amazing experience seeing New England at its very best in the Fall. American Sky is an excellent set up for anyone wanting to explore on their own terms. The support material was first class and enabled us to squeeze every second out of a first rate holiday. Have already recommended and would certainly book with this company again.

This tour was brilliant my wife and I love every minute of it hired a Ford Mustang and hit the road

Only thing I would say is I would next time upgrade the hotels to superior not because the others are bad but the superior ones are in better locations

I would not hesitate to travel with this company again

7th Family holiday to Orlando, this time 12 in the party inclusive of an infant. For the 1st time used a Travel Company (American Sky)to book the accommodation at Champions Gate and was well pleased to pay the extra cost for an excellent Resort & top class 6 bed-room home. Booking was sub-contracted by American Sky via Global Resort Homes who were very helpful on arrival. Only issue was that I paid for Pool Heating for 2 weeks but was unable to use it after dark due to the Pool Lighting not working. This was reported but the engineers could'nt fix during our stay so almost a waste of time since we were out during the day time, Very disappointed since paid almost $400 for heating.

Excellent service, we stayed at the Sheraton Time Square Hotel in New York. Fabulous location for Broadway, Central Park and metro services. Highly recommended!!

Completed the whole of this route from Chicago to L.A. The company offered a competitively priced package and the arrangements were made quickly and efficiently. A last minute substitution of two hotels was however necessary which transpired to mean that our final destination (3 nights) was more off the beaten track than originally planned. The handbook which we collected at our first hotel was our 'bible' for the whole trip over some 16 days and proved invaluable for navigation (particularly as our SatNav was faulty for the 1st week!). The maps could be a little larger but this is the only observation.

One motel was way below par but all others were acceptable and one or two were excellent. In summary, a fantastic 'bucket list' trip for which the administration and pricing were good.

I booked a surprise birthday for my husband to San Francisco and Las Vegas through Jackie, all recommendation given to me by jackie were perfect. the location of our hotels , we were in the centre of everything.
this was defiantly the best holiday we have taken , loved every minute.

Have just returned from a great holiday to Orlando booked with American Sky .We travelled as a family of 12 and they arranged it all .we went the day after hurricane Matthew so had a small delay .Had a real problem at Dollar and as yet not sorted but apart from that have had a great holiday villla was lovely and as on golf course pleased my son in law .Will book with American Sky again

As the title says, the agent I was dealing with and all at American Sky were terrific to deal with. I had many many questions and they were always quick to respond. They tailored a holiday exactly to our needs and all accommodation, travel arrangements, etc were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone considering traveling to the US
