Very impressed with Americansky. They were very helpful and flexible in tailoring the itinerary to our needs. Holiday was fabulous, with good choice of hotels and sights/places to visit.

A must for everyone's bucket list - visiting some of the most iconic and beautiful National Park in California constrasting with the bright lights of LA, Las Vegas and San Fransisco... A truly memorable experience!

Easy booking ,helpful knowledgeable staff,documentation arrived on time and was accurate - accomodation was fantastic in a disney area executive plus 4 bed home - perfect for family of 6.

American Sky were extremely helpful, I posted an enquiry online and within ten minutes they called confirming everything I needed along with some great prices. Prior to booking I asked whether they could provide further details on a different hotel which they did without hesitation. All email communication received a quick response and they were very polite and helpful on the phone.
I would definitely book with Americansky again! I recommend them to anyone!

Easy to book with and very accommodating in getting the package put together....a few details let down the overall experience some of which AmericanSky could have done better with...ie check your details of bags etc carefully ...we had 2 centres and 4 flights....they did not book any bags for one of the legs....so we had to pay at the desk...and then they tried to say this was in the T&Cs...how many holidays would you think its OK not to have you bags booked throughout? They later agreed to refund the charges. Bahama Bay Resort in Orlando is great...just be aware no maid service and that includes bed changes etc. Hudson New York...usual NYC joke hotel room size which for the money is just poor...New York or not....this was a special trip and would have not been unreasonable to have American Sky know about the rooms for the hotel they were booking and possibly advise an upgrade or at least tell us the dimensions..? Overall great holiday.

10 out of 10 is awarded here! This was my first time to book with American sky. We stayed for two weeks in Orlando and from the start everything went very smoothly. The accommodation was superb. I had seen photos of the type of home we were to stay in but the house exceeded our expectations. Customer service pre and during our stay was superb. Would highly recommend american sky and I will be using these guys as my preferred choice of holiday partner for future trips to the USA. The price was excellent and far competitive to other agencies out there. Keep up the good work guys! Mike O' Hara and family.

We had in mind what we wanted to do and see and American Sky did all of the hard work for us.We had an exceptional holiday thanks to their efforts.
They are very knowledgeable about hotels ,resorts, car hire and we always knew where we stood. As it was our holiday went as smoothly as can be with no problems or hassles. They have our overwhelming thanks for all that they did.
I would just like to add that I would advise other travelers not to use a currency card for security deposits at hotels as the money is not reimbursed as quickly as with a credit card and you could come back with money you could have spent on holiday. We just abut managed to get ours back before we left for home still we ended up with dollars that we should have spent.

Booked over the phone and agent very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour was excellent with fantastic choice of places to see. We stayed at numerous hotels and all excellent. Our Tour Direct Mark Roberts was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, friendly and good fun. Surely one of the best in the USA. Its been a great pleasure to deal with American Sky.

Just returned from Eastern Discovery Tour to USA and Canada. From booking to now it has been a great experience. Staff at American Sky are always helpful and efficient. The tour itself was excellent, very well organised and we had a great tour guide, Andrea and coach driver, Dale. We got to see so much and got a lot of extra information from our guide. The hotels used were very good standard. We couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend booking through American Sky.

Just back from Orlando and New York , first time and all advise given by Roisin was spot on . Hotels in both places were fantastic and location of both great . I would highly recommend American Sky and I will definitely book holidays through American sky again , Christine

Very smoothly and efficiently run throughout. Our tour guide and driver were both very friendly and polite throughout. Tour guide very knowledgeable kept everything relaxed.
Hotels exceelent mostly to a very high standard one or two of the stops on the tour could have done with being a bit longer but apart from that fine.
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Second trip with American sky for road trip from New York to Boston, Quebec, Montreal, Niagara, Lancaster and Washington. Pluses were the all inclusive car hire which appears cost effective, the selection of central hotels in the key locations and the sense that the company knows what it is doing.
Only comment on the downside was the return flight, Delta out - excellent service and seating in economy by Virgin Atlantic back, indifferent service and the most limited space in an economy seat we g=have experienced.

This was the 1st time we have used this holiday company and we have been very impressed from start to finish. The booking was made easy for us by the very helpful staff who helped us plan our self made trip giving us several choices of dates compared to best prices.
We had no problems what so ever with any area of the holiday and we were especially impressed with the booklet and maps supplied.
I would defiantly recommend them to anyone planning a fly drive break, they take the stress out of finding and booking everything. Great service

Have recently returned from our second escorted tour of the USA booked through American Sky. Everything went very smoothly. Whenever I phoned American Sky the advisor was always very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would I book with them again??? Already looking!!

Have used this company for USA road trips twice this year and last!! Already planning another small trip for this year and a big one for next year there goin to be my first choice and no doubt my last as professional and dedicated staff with easy payment options and remarkable value for money and for the advice recived during the planing was like having a rep come with you everything went as planed!!!

Going on a trip to America (a four location holiday) using planes and trains by ourselves was a bit daunting for us but the planning and travel pack we received at our first hotel in the US made the whole holiday .... we could please ourselves what we did with the knowledge that we had hotels and our inter city travel all safely booked. We had the best of both worlds - no tour guide pushing us around but yet security of OUR tour, the freedom this gave us was delightful. The hotels booked were first rate. Would I go with them again - YES, recommend them - YES ... if you want the freedom to tour on your terms these are the people to talk to.

This was the fourth time booking with AmericanSky (and TropicalSky) and I can't thank the team enough for being there when I needed them. I arrived in Miami after a nine hour flight from the UK to an email from Royal Caribbean cancelling my cruise. Kieran found me another cruise and got it all booked within 24 hours. Any difficulties experienced was not of AmericanSky's making and they did all they could, quite professionally, to ensure I was not inconvenienced further. They take my feedback seriously and go out of their way to ensure their clients get as good a service as they provide. Whilst the actions of third party suppliers can't be guaranteed, I have no qualms working with The American / Tropical Sky team again.

We recently returned from a self-drive holiday in California. We had a wonderful time thanks in no small part to the work Adam at American Sky put into planning our trip. From the route planning, to the choice of car and accommodation, every detail was perfect. I will certainly book with them again.

The company used Dollar as the car rental company. At Orlando we waited an hour and were left to find the car. Not really what you want having just come off a transAtlantic flight - but that was just the beginning. On returning the car. we found no one who spoke English. We followed instructions but received a bill that was $60 more than it should have been. Queried with AmericanSky who were useless. After nine weeks they still had done nothing. My credit card company had refunded me and there was n problem money wise, but the travel company did not care one bit, they were rude, clueless and I would never use these people again. They may be OK if everything is OK, but Lord help you if anything goes wrong. I would not want to depend on them.
