I visited your Poulton shop on 29th…

I visited your Poulton shop on 29th April for a hearing test with Ismail. Ismail was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything in detail and let me trial your hearing aids. I went back a week later and purchased a pair which has made me feel like a new person again. I'm absolutely over the moon so a very big thank you goes to Ismail who went above and beyond, he is a credit to your company and a brilliant audiologist. Thank you so much I'm so pleased I chose your company.

So not impressed

On 20th February I had to have my right hearing aid repaired the wire had become detached from my ear piece. It was nearly 12 weeks ago and still no sign of it. I have made numerous telephone calls regarding this and nothing has been done to find out where it is. In all this time I have found this very upsetting and stressful. I was given a temporary connection but this proved to be useless. I went into my Hull branch and was given yet another temporary connection and yet it Useless. I asked if it has been lost I was assured it has not. Well where is it then and why is it taking so long. Certainly not impressed with Amplifon I feel I need to take this stressful matter further and now its becoming a joke 12 weeks it's ridiculous. Not even a telephone call to explain anything.

Very abrupt audiologist

Very abrupt audiologist, not too helpful. On initial phone call I was offered a 14 day trial. This was not followed through at appointment. Quite disappointed, if the trial had been given would most likely have bought the hearing aids.

Very poor customer service, devices misplaced,

I purchased my hearing aids from Amplifon local Branch last year at circa £3,000. Since then I have had a series of non stop problems, ranging from discomfort, malfunction, and skin irritation. Amplifon offered replacements and also took the aid back for ‘special coatings’ but to no avail. They have had my aid for over three months now, and have misplaced it. In fact over the past year I have had less than half of the time with my full set of aids ! Various reasons and excuses have been proffered by their local branch and central Customer Service, but the fact remains that I do not have my set of hearing aids, have had very little use of them since first purchase, and I am still without ! Now they say they are involved in a business merger and are unable to assist. I requested a full refund as I no longer have any confidence in this company, but again they remain uncooperative. I have now submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman.

welcoming and professional

Polite and welcoming. Both staff were focused on my experience. There was no hard sell and a thorough test of my hearing. I also tried a high tech hearing aid. I will definitely consider using Amplifon when I need an aid.

Professional approach to hearing test.

I had an excellent experience at Amplifon at the Bromley Office. Kamile was both professional and courteous. She took time to undertake my hearing test and paid attention to details. She provided me with detailed explanation throughout the process.

I left the consultation with a paper copy of my hearing measurements and a referral letter for my GP.

Very thorough testing and informative advise given, however the offer of a trial period mentioned on social media for hearing aids was not what I was lead to believe. Sadly all the hearing aids were way beyond my price range.

Very good experience, your staff were very welcoming. The test was very thorough and I was given all the information required to wear my new hearing aids. The follow up meeting was also very good and the hearing aids were adjusted to suit my needs. Would recommend to friends and family certainly.

Very welcoming on arrival by the lady on reception , and Steven was first class, explained everything well.
Could not fault my visit to Amplifon . I haven't made a decision yet regarding the type of hearing aid I would go for but will not go past Steven and Amplifon .
