Very capable and thorough test.
My hearing was tested by the very capable and thorough Claire, who established the areas of hearing deficiency. They recommended two solutions, which were the two most expensive units in their range.
On reflection the £4k+ price was prohibitive and unfortunately I must decline the products offered.

Simple efficient Hearing Test.
The venue was easy to locate and access. I was put at complete ease from our initial meeting, with the way I was being treated by a clearly competent and experienced professional examiner. Who explained what was going to happen and what was found during my examination.

Rolls Royce service but I am struggling to justify ”about” £3,000 for a “mid-range” pair of behind the ear hearing aids. I suppose they feel confident I will be blown away by the experience.

I was seen on time by a very nice audiologist. After asking questions he carried out a test. The results were slightly worse than three years ago. I showed him my current hearing aid. I was impressed that he did not try and sell me another hearing aid, as the ones I had were adequate. I was looking for small ones to fit I the ear canals but they were too expensive..nearly £6000.00
I couldn’t afford that. I liked his honesty.
