Can recommend Amplifon in Exeter

Can recommend Amplifon in Exeter. The audiologist is excellent. I bought my aids in Spain 18 months ago and didn't wear them as I felt they were second rate. I learnt so much from this lady in an hour. She showed me things about them i never knew. They are now worn all day every day and it has changed my life around. When you spend a lot of money you expect the best and she is just that without doubt.

Great welcome and made to feel…

Great welcome and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. After the test there was no pressure to buy a setof earphones. The results were explained clearly. I dont need them at the moment but will head back again next year.

A total waste of time

Made a phone appointment to go to Gloucester today. Free trial advertised two phone calls to confirm . Went into town had to find a disabled space to park got to the door to be told no free trials anymore which are still being. Advertised !! This wasted 2 hours of my time!!! A rogue Company just offering something that does not exist Advertising standards and Trading standards need to look into this

Everyone was very pleasant

Everyone was very pleasant, i was offered a drink on arrival. The Audiologist explained every test and the results clearly with no hard sell which was refreshing! Would recommend for peace of mind about hearing.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. The delay in replacing my father’s hearing aid has seriously impaired his recovery from a stroke. We were promised 2 weeks and we are now at 5 and we are continuing to be fobbed off after being told two weeks ago that the hearing aid was ready to be sent out.
Seriously considering legal action against this company for their lack of responsibility. This is a medical necessity but the amplifon do not seem to care.
