Kusheema at Yeovil - Superb!

I visited the Yeovil branch recently and Kusheema was incredibly helpful and patient with me. Helping me to choose the right hearing aid package for my needs. She showed how I can control various settings in a way that was clear and I fully understood.
I couldn’t recommend her and the services at amplifon enough and have already recommended to family members!

Marketing uses dubious tactics

Others suggest it is a good company but my experience is more suspicious. I received their "invitation" for a free hearing test. The header suggests that it is part of the "National Hearing Health Campaign". As this does not exist outside Amplifon, I can only assume that this is intended to deceive, to mislead people who would not otherwise respond to a marketing ploy.

I received a courteous explanation of the tests that I was subject to and clear explanations of the results. There was no “hard sell” and I now deciding whether to purchase hearing aids to suit my circumstances.

If I could this company 0 stars I…

If I could this company 0 stars I would.
Be warned this company are pure chaos.
My wife's hearing aid had to be repaired, so we took it to the store seven weeks ago, after calling after five weeks was told someone would be in touch the following week, no one called from Amplifon.
So she is still waiting and struggling with one hearing Aid. The company is rubbish, only interested in selling over price hearing aids. Not interested in the customers needs whatsoever.

Confidence boosting

Very personable approach and extremely knowledgeable. I have been very happy with my follow up appointments and the noticeable difference to my hearing, boosting my confidence. With having menierres and the sensitivity I feel in my ear, the choice of hearing aid works perfectly for my needs.

FAR FROM ADEQUATE AMPLIFON !

I AM A VULNERABLE O.A.P WHOM WAS INVITED FOR A HEARING TEST BY AMPLIFON AT MY LOCAL OUTLET. i HAVE NOT BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS, SO I THOUGHT IT BEST TO GET AN UP-TO-DATE FREE HEARING TEST THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME !
BUT ONCE THE AUDIOLOGIST KNEW THAT I WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO BUY MODERN HEARING AIDS I WAS USHERED OUT VERY QUICKLY AFTER THE DURATION OF THE TEST !! HE SHOWED ME THE SIZE OF OVER THE EAR HEARING AIDS COMPARED TO MY NATIONAL HEALTH ONES AND TOLD ME THE PRICE FOR A PAIR. THEN VITUALLY SHOWED ME THE DOOR.......NOT GOOD ENOUGH AMPLIFON, NO MENTION OF INTEREST FREE CREDIT OR OTHER ALTERNATIVES.....NOTHING !!
