I heartily recommend this audiologist service. Professional and patient.
The audiologist who dealt with me was very approachable. He explained what he was doing and the reason for it and at no point did he appear to be annoyed at my many questions. He explained everything clearly and knowledgeably and I came away knowing much more about my ears than I had ever realised previously. I felt relaxed all the way through my test and was very pleased with the result as it appears I am doing well for a woman of my age despite gorging on LOUD music all my life. Great experience my son just developed tinnitus and we were desperate for a hearing test i managed to get one so quick and the lady was so kind answered all our questions and gave Tom a hearing aid to try for 2 weeks superb service!

Difficult to beat this excellent presentation.
Have had quite a few hearing tests but never one like this. Not only was the test a lot longer than others and informative but the whole appointment was very pleasant and friendly by the store manager.

My Hearing Test.
The gentleman that tested my hearing was very professional and attentive to my answers to questions about the fittings.
At every stage he explained what he was doing and what I should hear. He arranged for a follow up which I attended to see how everything was and after my explanation, adjustments were made to my devices.
