Andrew Craig in fulwell, at first when we were selling a property with them were ok, they were keen for us to reduce the price not a lot of support, our house sold, then fell through but sold quickly after that, this is when the problem started the house we were buying was going through probate, there was No support from them at all!! It was all for pushy female buying our house, they rang the estate agent selling the house we were buying but never passed on information to us but passed it to woman buying house we were selling so we had to get information ourselves which opposite agent found very bad as did our solicitors, I even questioned this and spoke to a lady working for andrew craig who agreed it was wrong , but no change when the probate went through our solicitor wanted to complete on Tuesday and we received a very rude call from an elderly woman saying we had to complete when buyer wanted and we could not have a say, even complaining about the keys not taken straight after they called, do not use this estate agent very expensive for the service you get, very rude staff, not worth your time ,

I'd used Andrew Craig Estate Agents previously so I had confidence that I would receive an efficient and professional service when the time came for me to sell my home.

On this occasion, however, there were several factors affecting the national economy adversely and I felt a little anxious that this sale may not run quite so smoothly.

However, from the outset - the initial appraisal with Debbie Sinclair, Head of Sales - I was met with a positive, pro-active approach and a clear and wide ranging marketing plan was produced.

Viewings and subsequent offers followed quickly, handled by the team at the Jarrow branch and overseen by Michelle Pattinson, Senior Sales Advisor. Throughout the marketing campaign and during the conveyancing process, I was able to rely on the back-up and guidance of Michelle and her colleagues. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and with clarity. All of my dealings with the Jarrow branch were handled professionally but always in a way which was friendly and approachable.

I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Craig Estate Agents and I very much appreciate the skills and the support I received from Michelle and all of the Jarrow branch team.

Assistance and support provided from the staff at the Low Fell office was exceptional and constant throughout the sale of our property. In particular Jack whose support, advice and continued communication throughout the process was outstanding. He went above and beyond to get answers and help keep us updated when our solicitor failed to do so. I therefore have no hesitation, in awarding 5 Stars.

Excellent communication from start to finish during my house sale. The staff in the office were always responsive with any queries I had.

Condescending and unhelpful throughout process. Never use these again, do nothing for you once you have signed they’re not interested.

My letting agent was Danielle from the Sunderland office. She was superb from the off. I had a few hiccups along the way and she resolved them all for me in a timely manner so i wasnt waiting about. Im very happy in my new home thanks to Danielle! :)

Bought a house through the Low Fell office. Staff were really polite and efficient. Always answered any questions whether by phone or email. Would definetly recommend when buying a house.

This property was on the market with two agencies. Andrew Craig got back to me days ahead of the other. The sales progression effort was excellent and relentless. It needed to be because progress from the vendors solitcitors was at best glacial.

Any questions we had were answered promptly with fair and sound advice given when requested. Selling a house can be quite a complicated procedure but Beth and Michelle were always on hand to reassure and explain all aspects of the process. Their friendly, approachable and down to earth attitudes made us feel that nothing was a problem. Thank you again ladies, you are proffesional homeselling superstars!!!

The staff and particularly the Manager have been exceptional in handling the sale of our bungalow. This sale was prolonged due to the personal circumstances of the buyers. Due to the length of time (over 6months) we were at risk of losing the purchase of our new build home. Jackie (mgr) in particular went above & beyond to get us to the point of exchange, making almost daily calls to the buyers & their solicitors to obtain updates etc. Thus ensuring we secured our new build home.

Service was first class, regular contact through a slightly protracted sale. Danielle kept us informed regularly about developments and was extremely helpful

I asked this agency to take over the management of my property (a house split into four self-contained flats), and initially they seemed very keen. Two flat were empty, two were occupied. They even took a rental payment off one of the tenants. They asked for paperwork. I gave them all there was and said they could get gas and electric safety certificates done on one of the flats that didn't have them - and I'll pay for them up-front. Then they very unexpectedly decided they didn't want to manage the property and very rudely stopped answering my emails. From the outset I offered to pay up-front for anything and everything that needed doing, gave them far more documentation than any new landlord would have. They said that because they "don't have all the paperwork" (read into that what you will…) they “couldn't” take over the management. It beggars believe that a company that makes money from managing properties doesn't want to manage properties! And so rude! They should not be in business.

Alison has had to deal with the horrendous sale of my property due to failings of solicitors on both sides but especially mine.
She is a Trojan!
She worked tirelessly and professionally for the whole ten months.
She deserves a medal.

DO NOT USE. The Sunderland branch employees are useless, booked a viewing for a property they had on for sale with a miss Taylor from there Sunderland branch took time off work got to the property and the women I spoke to didn’t even know I was coming.” Very un professional “ turns out she didn’t even submit the viewing onto the system.

From the outset, through the various stages of Purchase and Sale of my property, the Service and Teamwork provided, was at an exceptionally high standard.
Assistance and Support, from the Low Fell office team, at all levels, was consistent throughout.
