I ordered an outboard motor bracket that was sent out tracked by Hermes. Didn’t arrive, so Phil at Anglesey Marine sent out a replacement on DHL, which arrived next day. Excellent service, great price and product. Would recommend.

Ordered a launching trailer that needed to be altered from the standard overall length and axle width. It did take time from start to finish, along with a number of emails, but Phil replied to every email and I am very happy with the final product. Just be patient, if you need something urgently this may not be the company for you but if you are prepared to wait you will get a decent product.

Bought transom wheels . Expensive.
Never arrived .
Lied that he had sent them.
Lied again when said supplier sent them .
3 weeks in total to get a refund. And only after threat of me using a debt recovery service
Ignores emails.

Ordered an item via an ad on Facebook. The item when it actually arrived seems to be good and exactly what I was expecting.
First item was lost by courier, after just over a week another one was sent, which took a further three days to arrive. I had to chase several times for tracking information but did eventually get it, I honestly believe the business is run by one person trying to do everything hence erratic responses. Ultimately product received, so I’m happy with that. Please look into using a different courier, the one you have is letting you down.

Purchased a boat stainless steel step excellent quality very happy with the company, but would advise using a different courier .

I ordered some rollers for my trailer and I was quite surprised when they came they were excellent quality easy to put together and look great they even came with clamps I cannot fault them I hope to deal with Anglesey marine again and would love to give them a 5 star rating many thanks from a very happy customer Rick

I have just bought and received my second kit for converting a bunk trailer to a roller trailer from Anglesey Marine supplies. I am based in Dublin Ireland and there was no problem in shipping to me and at a price that couldn't be beaten even on ebay.
This is a quality kit which comes with every nut bolt and washer needed to convert your bunked jetski trailer to rollers.
He even gave me a discount because I was a returning customer.
I will be using Anglesey Marine supplies in the future.

Ordered my launch trailer. Very quick response and it came with the extra hitch extension which was included that week end on offer. The product is very good value and the wheels came before the rest of it. My query via Messager was immediate and I recommend the firm. Good job.

I have never had such a poor experience of purchasing online. I ordered trailer extension arms and a lighting board on 24 July 2020. The extension arms finally turned up on 7 August but with no lighting board. The seller doesn’t answer either emails or phone so it’s hugely frustrating. Eventually got a response and was told lighting board was “on its way” on 12 August but the courier wasn’t even booked until the 18th and parcel picked up on 21st. When it eventually arrived on the 27th (the courier they use is also very poor), it was badly damaged and I can’t use it - which I need to do this week.

Still won’t answer the phone so I am now pursuing a refund via my credit card.

Shocking customer service.

AMENDMENT - I finally got a response from the company and, after sending them photos of the damage, have received a refund for the lighting board.

It’s a genuine company and, if only they can improve their customer service experience, would be worth considering. I have increased my score to two stars following the refund.

I ordered two gas bottle mounts, the website had an image of a gas bottle holder with fixings at the bottom. On receipt of the holders they are nothing like the image and I've now emailed and left messages on many occasions and no response. I've now requested a full refund as the holders are not what I ordered. All they have to do is add a image or the things they are selling. Its not hard. Who would accept good sthat are different to those ordered? Buyer beware.

Do not go near this supplier. Takes money but does not send goods. Uses every excuse but no use. Thankfully used visa card and they got a refund for me.

Told paypal that the ordered items had been dispatched. Clearly a lie. I had to chase for delivery. Order was finally delivered with parts missing. Did actually get a small refund back through paypal, but have not received a receipt for parts actually shipped.
Hopeless business.

Strongly recommend looking at various internet reviews and other available information before making a purchase. Like other customers I purchased a dinghy trolley and ended up being short changed by some £40... not the end of the world but frustrating none the less. Despatch dates missed (x2) with the need to chase up and when the goods finally arrived wheels and a tow hitch were missing which again necessitated email follow up when I was informed they were coming "directly from the supplier". The wheels did turn up but both had punctured inner tubes, very poor for brand new items. It was at this point responses to my emails ceased therefore I waited a couple of weeks before posting a review to see if anything arrived but to no avail and I have now purchased wheels and a tow hitch from a reputable and reliable alternative company. The quality of what I did receive is OK but what a palaver plus the added 20% / £40 unexpected cost. Other reviews suggest problems may be peculiar to this one item given there is no evidence to the contrary but I will not be using them again. Also suggest payment by credit card or PayPal and not BACS so you have more protection if things do go awry? You live and learn and I should have done some simple research beforehand, I do not like leaving negative reviews but there is a clear pattern here that others need to be aware of.

approach with a lot of caution I ordered a folding launch trolly with rollers and an electric winch I received the trolly but still waiting for the winch and rollers now not answering my emails on the website or when sent direct
