The pc is amazing, however, for seemingly no reason at all, every few hours the pc restarts itself and I have yet to find a solution, however, besides that, the pc is wonderful and works very well and is able to run stable, however that 1 issue is what is stopping me from giving 5 stars

My new computer is beautiful
My new computer is beautiful, silent and powerful. I could not be more pleased. They followed up with a personal phone call after a couple of weeks to make sure I was happy, and answered a couple of questions with very helpful answers.

Personalized and thoughtful
It was very personalized- they asked what programs we’d be running and what we exactly we needed. Never made us feel dumb for not understanding something. Explained everything very well.
Asked a question, got the red carpet!
I used their chat to ask about a hard drive and they went full ham on me. Detailed instructions, pictures, links to HDs that work and accessories I might need and a invite to a video call if I needed help installing it.
Everything is great except wifi a Bluetooth usb plug
Everything is great except the usb plug in for WiFi and Bluetooth sucks ass. Had to get a cord for the WiFi.
A small bump in the road, but overall very good service
The constant feedback and being able to talk to someone whenever i had questions was a big positive to me. I got a little worried when i was making payments but had no tracking number or evidence of my computer even existing but after a couple weeks, i got a tracking number and had my computer within the next week. And the computer works wonderfully, exactly what i wanted and needed out of a gaming PC.

My experience with Apex has been fantastic. You’re customer service people were always readily able to answer my questions, you’re prices were the best I’d seen given the current circumstances, and the rig has worked phenomenally.

Computer came quickly with no issues. Accessories took almost three months to arrive with no explanation. Works very well though.
Apex Is One of A Kind!
Apex Gaming is absolutely a solid company and they take care of their customers in a way I’ve never experienced. They get ahold of you as the PC is being built and let you know what’s going into it and what upgrades they’d recommend you to buy solely at your own discretion of course. The customer service is one of a kind and will walk you through step by step how to take care of issues with your PC at any given moment. Very great buying experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a pre-built system.

Replaced Mother Board. Be very wary
If I could rate this less I would. This team was great until a mother board ethernet driver went bad. I offered to replace the board rather than shipping the computer back and waiting forever to get it turned around. So I paid for the new board with the indication it would be credited when the old one was returned. After waiting well over a month+, I get a note from them that the original mother board was damaged and credit would not be forthcoming. When the board left my possession the damage to the board was not there. Yet it was shipped in the same container and paced the same as the replacement board. with yet another $800 investment in a $6,000 computer, I am of the opinion that I was taken for a ride. I an not a happy customer.

A huge shoutout to Robert H. for his incredible customer service he was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. My PC is running flawlessly; I won’t be shopping anywhere else.
Great new PC
Packaging was sturdy and professional and communication was great. Couldn't be happier with my new PC.
Will not power on
PC was delivered late and will not power on out of the box. I am pretty savvy and they are giving me the run around asking the normal IT questions, did you try a different outlet, etc. I told them 3 times I tested different outlets, different cords, different locations and it will not power on. I was delivered a $1400 paperweight...

All that time and it doesn't work right
It took a very long time to get, which with the RAM shortage is understandable, but our order was pushed back every time a new priority one came in with no sense of when or if we'd move forward so we did not feel very happy with that. Because of the cost difference of RAM right now, we were given no compensation, and after getting the computer there is an issue of it resetting randomly when in use. We are considering a return.
