Amazing build

Amazing build. Came well packed and I only had to tighten a few things and pull off the protective strips on the inside of the glass. I ordered ddr5 5200, but they installed 5600. If that was a mistake, nenerneena. Set records on 3Dmark benchmark. I do wish I went hard and got a 5080 build, but this works just fine after I tuned the GPU to match the refresh rate of my monitor. I have not overlooked it, but when I can, I won't. I'll just upgrade sending it back to them. Work smarter, not harder.

Apex gave me exactly what I was looking for

I had great communication with Apex. I did not always get the answer I wanted, but Apex was always staying in connect and responding to me. The technician I spoke with when deciding what I needed was very knowledgeable and even made suggestions I had not thought of to make this order exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my gaming PC. I would recommend Apex to others as I’m sure they will refine their practices and make the experience even better.

Ordered a PC

Ordered a PC. They needed verification of a merchant ID with my bank account. Didn't feel comfortable giving that to them. Their automatic messages spammed me saying they can NOT proceed with order, then another message saying they are almost done building. I asked for a full refund if they can't do it without the merchant ID. A week later, they said they'd refund. Another week later, they said they're going to charge me 20% off the full order for restocking. There was no negotiating because they were holding my $2,000 I needed to shop elsewhere. They have no customer service to call at your convenience. But, they will call you whenever you are unavailable. I'm sure they are great and I'm stubborn. However, I ended up ordering with NZXT and they were effortless, which is what I was looking for.

The verification we requested was not personal information; the merchant ID is something we already had on file and simply needed to confirm because the billing information you provided did not match what was registered with the payment method. This is a standard fraud-prevention step required to protect both the customer and our business.

When you requested a cancellation, we processed a full refund of the order. No restocking fee was charged. The only portion that could not be returned was the sales tax already remitted to the state, as state taxes are legally non-refundable once paid.

We understand that our communication during the verification process felt confusing, particularly with automated status messages overlapping manual updates, and we appreciate that feedback, it’s something we continually work to improve. Our team does make outbound calls when needed, I personally attempted to reach you on four separate occasions, and we apologize if those attempts did not line up well with your availability.

We respect your decision to purchase elsewhere and genuinely wish you the best with your new system. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and customer experience.

Still waiting for complete purchase…

Still waiting for complete purchase order. PC was purchased back in November of 2025. UPS delivery screwed up. Not even sure what was delivered. PC requires assembly. Parts purchased have yet to be delivered. No written directions in box. Scan box required internet . No Internet available at place of assembly. Over holidays no reply from customer service. only Generic auto emails received. I called the numbers listed, no one there to take call... Not impressed

Hello James, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I reviewed our entire email history, and it appears every single email you sent us was responded to either the same day or the next day, including over the holidays.

Regarding the assembly of your system, any spare parts that came with your motherboard or PSU are included in the spare parts bag. The only component that would have come uninstalled is your GPU. Anything larger than a 5070 does need to be shipped this way, or it is very likely to arrived damaged due to the weight of the card. These cards are basically big cartridges and simply need to be plugged in. We did offer to assist you with this cartridge, but we never received a response to our email.

Regarding the missed delivery of your keyboard and mouse, in situations where UPS makes three delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us, we do unfortunately need to invoice you for the return shipment. We did not receive a response to this email either, so I'm having our team send that invoice out ahead of your acknowledgement. Once this invoice is paid, we will be able to put your peripherals back in the mail.

Ordered a motherboard

Ordered a motherboard. Never received. They claim USPS lost it. Apex wanted me to wait until after claim was settled before resending my order. After 3rd week of B.S. back and forth, I cancelled order. I found the MB cheaper at another site. Will never deal with this company again.

Received damaged pc. Been 2 months no update.

I ordered a pre built pc that I received November, in damaged condition due to poor packaging. I spoke to customer service and sent in the gpu which had physical damage due to not having interior package protection. They received the gpu in early December to tell me it could be a few days because they work in order of claims. It is now January and I have yet to receive an email update about shipping or that they even look at the part. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund.
