Trouble with Wi-fi adapter

I recently bought a gaming PC from Apex Gaming, set up was easy and quick, and the PC ran smoothly. After about a week though I was having trouble connecting to the internet, so I reached out to customer service for their help. I did everything they suggested to try, and trouble shoot it from my end, but I was still having issues. So the conclusion was that I would need a new Wi-fi adapter because the one the PC came with was running too hot and would disconnect from the internet after about 5-10 minutes of use. The package arrived fairly quick and customer service was very helpful with the issue. I really appreciate how quickly they helped handle the situation.

I had a question about the motherboard…

I had a question about the motherboard in my Apex Alpha build and reached out to support by email. Instead of going back and forth, Nick personally called me to clear everything up. That alone was impressive, but while we were on the phone he also helped diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my RGB lighting control — something completely unrelated to my original question.

It’s rare to get that level of initiative and hands-on support. Nick went above and beyond, and the whole experience showed how much Apex cares about their customers. Excellent service, fast responses, and genuinely knowledgeable support.

Highly recommend Apex Gaming PCs — and big thanks to Nick for the outstanding help!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. They never told me about a down payment that I would have to make after already paying a set price for them to ship me the pc I then emailed them and they said that they would refund my money and have never contacted me since

These PCs are financed directly through us and the first payment is effectively a down payment. Depending on several different factors, we do sometimes require an additional down payment before we are able to ship a PC. In the event that an additional down payment is due, we always offer the option of a full refund if you do not wish to proceed. This refund has already been issued and we're sorry we were unable to find you an alternate solution. So far the experience has been top tier; I just had an interview with Brady where we ran through my setup, personalized features, and the time it would take to build and ship out. The while process was super easy and I feel pretty confident I'm going to get a class product

I have place a weekly deal order and…

I have place a weekly deal order and realize that i can get the ready to ship model for the same price (with the discount code would be little cheaper) i contact the customer service within 30 mins. They said it can't be cancel even thought it is only 30 mins, the system don't even confirmed the order was build or anything yet. I escalate the issue to their customer service supervisor and only to be told i need to wait for a week for them to discuss it with their controller. This in non sense, the system don't even process the order yet. It have been 30 mins of order. Moreover, the 2 hours cancellation policy is not apply on weekly deal. I'm totally understand if the unit is already confirmed and proceed to being build. But i had contact customer service within 30 mins of placing the order!!! This is my very first gaming PC and i feel like the company tied customer hand and don't allow the change/cancellation even they have that policy that they only allow certain type of customer to utilize!

Once the order is made on these types of PCs, parts start moving immediately, which is why they are not eligible for cancelation.

I understand wanting to cancel and swap to a PC that suits your needs more -- when you informed us that you would like the other PC and would like to cancel, we immediately worked with you to find a solution to get this resolved. We were very clear on our cancelation policy for these types of PCs, a policy that is stated on the website before you place the order, but that does not mean you are restricted to that PC or that we will not work with you to make the order what you would like.

We are currently working to help you get into the PC you would like, we worked within our system to adjust the build for you, and swap into the PC you were requesting. We essentially manually did your cancelation and moved you into your preferred build. This does take some time, as it has to be done through our staff, but we are working on your request as quickly as we can.

After I was able to talk to a representative over the phone they were great to help me install their sag bracket it was simple, but I will say since there sag bracket is their own brand they might want to include installation instruction.
