Best PC help I've every gotten

Robert gave me fantastic step-by-step instructions and guided me through the entire process of changing out my front cooling fans, and everything went perfectly! To boot, that was my first time going inside a machine in about 20 years...I had zero confidence going into it, but I trusted in Robert's expertise, and that made me confident to get the job done.

We were dealing with very intricate cable management, which required cutting many small zip ties hidden throughout the wiring. So, to me it was pretty complex.

It is SO MUCH BETTER than having to take it in to a shop, go without a machine for a couple days, and pay a couple hundred dollars for labor. And, I've gotta admit, the new system for getting tech support by requesting phone calls is way more convenient than it used to be. So, APEX is winning from wall-to-wall.

They have the best customer service I've found from any company they mad a mistake with the shipping numbers and they were right on it they were doing everything in there pwer to correct it they were so quick and kind honestly couldn't have chose a better company

So far everything has been great

So far everything has been great. Brady (System Engineer) with Apex has been meticulously walking me through my system wants, requirements and recommendations ensuring i will be left completely satisfied in the end product. Happy thus far with this company support system that also includes the online chat functionality which is helpful as well. Thanks Brady!

Apex gaming PC…you guys really outdone…

Apex gaming PC…you guys really outdone yourself with this PC. I absolutely love it. Everything about it is AWESOME. The lights,graphics. Everything. Only thing I noticed is a little Bent in one of the metal plates. Other than that! I LOVE IT.

Great PC and greater customer service

Bought my first pc from here after having my first for almost a decade and though I was nervous buying a whole new pc my expectations and experience buying and utilizing the pc have been blown out the water. Nick had helped me setup my build so I could get to gaming asap. Definitely happy with my purchase and hope to support in the future.

I finally received my order today…

I finally received my order today 10-21-25. It was for two memory sticks. I am happy to say I am more than satisfied with the product. However, it was ordered around Sept. 3rd, 2025. It took the better part of 2 months to get 2 measly memory sticks from Apex. While I understand there were supply chain issues, I feel the ball really got dropped. I'm not swearing off Apex gaming in the future, but I will check out other options before ordering. In the end I got what I ordered and Apex tried to make it right by upgrading the memory sticks for me so there's that. It was just frustrating but it's all good now.

I thought I received an email hack for a bill

I was emailed the following :

I did not know what "Carbon Soutions" was and thought it was a hack. But now I figured out it was from Affirm. But before that I contacted Affirm and put a stop to the "bill". I called Affirm back to retract the mistake. They said it would take like 9 days to "update" my request.
Brady helped me out.

Best customer service experience ive ever had.

I ordered an SSD and while it certainly has taken a longer amount of time than anticipated for my order to be processed and still pending delivery, Apex customer service has been beyond helpful and informative. Considering how they've handled the situation i could see myself ordering from them again.

Best PC Experience Out There

This is my second PC with Apex Gaming, and they never fail to impress me with my purchase. Their team was quick to inform me of the order and held a personal call to ensure my desires with the computer were met, even providing recommendations for improvements or alterations to the PC to ensure optimal experience.

Brady, systems engineer, specifically provided detailed reasons for the recommendations that were still within my budget. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new computer!
