Really lovely tiles! Only wanted a small amount of tiles to decorate fence pillars in my garden and found the perfect tiles. Very helpful team on the website chat that helped me to find the right size tiles. Arrived in perfect condition and now my garden sparkles :)

Hi, I ordered tiles for our back porch, and the product was fine. However I made an additional order in May and despite three times contacting Appleby's the second order hasn't arrived. One time after I contacted Appleby's I received the following response: 'Apologies for the delay, i have just been informed by the manufacturer these will be leaving them this Friday and delivered by the end of the following week.' That was two months ago, and they still didn't arrive, and when I contacted them again, I just got the automated message promising that they would be in touch. Save your money and go elsewhere, as they may just go bust leaving you with nowt.

Placed a sample order for Metallic Gold hexagon tiles. I received the sample within 3 days which was great.
I ended up placing a full order which was received in good time, my kitchen splash back has never looked better.
Live chat was also very helpful with any questions I had.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company, fraudulent behaviour, an amazed how they haven’t been shut down. Ordered tiles nearly 2 months ago, haven’t received them or a single piece of correspondence. I have emailed them at least 8 times without a reply. Have reported them of my card company. From what I can find on companies house they are about to be struck off!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I emailed them maybe 10 times and waited 1.5 months to receive my order before leaving this review. They kept saying they will send the product and guess what it never arrived. Very very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Awful company. If I could give them -10 I would.

Awful company. They blame covid but seems they have had the same issues way before. Knowingly overpaid for the tiles as the sample was fab. No confirmation order dispatched, they assure me they will arrive on a set date. Date comes and goes no tiles. They are impossible to get hold of and just lie to you it seems. Courier lost the delivery, which when you read the other reviews seems a common excuse. Finally got the tiles today, but they are wrong colour. Upon further inspection they are from a different website, and when I checked those tiles were about 70% cheaper than what I had paid. Just awful behaviour. Avoid at all costs

Avoid. After cancelling an order after weeks of waiting for it, as I found out it was being imported from the USA, they confirmed a credit would be with me in 3 working days. 3 weeks later, still no credit.

very straightforward, not the best at ordering online. got sample first and was gr8 order was 5591. placed follow up order and did take 5 days but cant moan in these times.

Avoid.... scam....! I have been waiting over 2 months for delivery and just had excuse after excuse for the delayed delivery.... I have nowreported to my credit card for fraudulent activity....

I wanted a rustic looking brick tile and could not be happier with the New York Red Tile ordered through Applebys. The tiles themselves are full of character and very real looking. In addition Applebys themselves offer an efficient no fuss service. I would highly recommend both.

We ordered the Enucstic Red Star Tile. We found the site easy to work and spoke with Danny W (I think that was his name) on live chat, good advice and it arrived this morning. Have followed up with a larger order. would throughly recommend them

I wish I’d never ever come across this shambles of a ‘company’ waited 2 months for delivery with not one email from them after sending endless enquires to ask where the tiles were , finally given a date & you guessed it! They never showed up! I had to claim the money back from the bank!

Only used them recently for a sample of a brick slip, they sent two, their packaging was great. Customer service also great and they arrived in a day...

Very good quality and excellent customer care service. I ordered my tiles during the Covid-19 crisis and the tiles arrived on time. Also I did call the customer service number and got all the required information. The tiles look amazing in my new kitchen 😍. Thanks will definitely buy again from this company.

I had a good experience both times i worked with them. Tiles came on time- some might have been broken a bit in transit but these things happen. lovely product.
They may be having toribel in the current crisis but who isnt? They were also the only company i could find that did the particular sort of terracotta style tile i wanted.
