Do not buy from this company! They send the complete wrong product then proceed to not reply to a single email.
I am referring them to the ombudsman and card issuer. Companies like this need to be closed down, absolutely shocking!

I ordered my tiles on 1st March, they said they would arrive within 72 hours. I then contacted them via email (because they don't have a phone number) and they said that they would arrive with them on 25th March so they will be with me on 27th of March. They did not turn up on 27th, so I emailed them AGAIN asking for a number to call too. They said that they were sent but they cannot get hold of the courier, so they have sent some more which will arrive on 2nd April. They have not arrived. They have not mentioned having any issues due to Corvid -9 and they still say they are operating as normal on their website. They also only offer online chat or email as contact for them. I have never been able to get through to anyone on the live chat function.

Ordered 2 tile samples at at cost of £4 each which far higher than most other companies . Took over a week to arrive which is longer than other companies and when it arrived, one was a 2 inch cut of one tile (when you pay you normally get a full tile) plus a note saying the other was out of stock. After 2 emails they have said they are refunding the other tile, but not a good service so I’m glad I haven’t placed an order. Constantly spamming me with sales emails and targeted adverts however.

Avoid this ‘company’ at all Costs!!
Waited 10 days for a reply to me asking when the tiles would be delivered I was given a date ive waited in all day 8am - 6pm & they haven’t even being delivered
Absolutely livid!

Ordered a tile sample on 5th February and money was taken immediately. No sample has arrived, no reply to several emails and phone line doesn’t work. Unable to contact the company in anyway - not responding to Twitter or Facebook.
Website says that live chat is unavailable as they are on Christmas holidays (in February!)
Thank goodness I only ordered a sample - feel totally ripped off.

I have been trying to contact them for a number of weeks ordered a sample tile on the 28th Jan and they have never arrived but they have taken my money for the tile left lots of email and messages for someone to contact me from the sales team but to no avail its know the 11th Feb

3 days off work waiting for delivery. Chased and chased delivery and told nonsense each time. Could not get hold of anyone, phone lines were not working. Arrived 10 days after agreed delivery. £50 on samples £25 on delivery costs, overpriced products. Grout missing off order (product description does not indicate cannot be used with what we ordered). Had to reschedule tiler 3 times. Please think twice before using this firm, and do your research. Kept receiving promotional e-mails suggesting guaranteed delivery dates when still waiting for our own.

Terrible company. Waited ages to get broken tiles...

Ordered a sample yesterday after a very helpful gentleman helped me go for the best option and then it arrived next day via Royal Mail. Very happy with quality of tile and look forward to placing my full order!

Ordered a sample and then went through with the full order. No issues what so ever; very friendly, always got back to me and was able to get hold of them when I needed to change something.
Very professional and quality products.
Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

This company does not understand the meaning of customer service or should I say GOOD customer service.

First of all I specifically ordered from Appleby’s because I was assured BEFORE ordering that a signature would not be required on delivery and that the tiles could be left in a safe place. So I arranged for the tiler to be present on a particular date as I expected the tiles to arrive by then. I confirmed that my delivery instructions were in place three times! and was assured they were “all over the box”. Sure enough, the tiles were not delivered, instead the courier ignored the delivery instructions and my tiler ended up wasting two days waiting for the tiles. I then of course had to compensate him for his (wasted!) time.

I emailed the company and not surprisingly considering I had emailed them three times before and not received one reply, I said that I did not get the delivery service that I paid for (considering the absurdly high cost - nearly 40 quid!) and wanted a refund on the postage, again no reply from them.

On top of this, you cannot reach them by phone because their phone lines are never working! There is ALWAYS a recording saying that calls are not being taken.

What kind of business is this? What kind of business never has working phone lines, never replies to emails, makes assurances to customers that are not kept, charges a ridiculous amount for delivery and then fails the customer on it??

Aside from their live help and tile selection everything else about this company is a disaster and about as unprofessional as they come.

I am pleased to say that I received a reply from Appleby’s along with clarification on many of the points raised in my review as well as a partial refund on the postage.

Terrible delivery service kept tiler waiting ages and he had to move on to his next job. Ordered well before we needed them. Cost £30 for delivery too - rip off

We ordered some yellow tiles one day and they arrived the next day - excellent service - we had to order some more as we were running out and they came the next day as well.

Both tile samples were both broken. Need to re-think Royal Mail delivery.
