Niet alleen bij u thuis, maar ook in uw bedrijf. Doorheen de jaren breiden we ons aanbod uit, zodat we nu ook drinkwatersystemen, ontijzeraars en waterrecuperatie behandelingen aanbieden. Omdat wij rechtstreeks met u samenwerken, bieden wij al onze producten heel voordelig aan. Productie, levering, installatie en onderhoud: Aqua Service doet alles zelf. Van tussenpersonen is geen sprake, wat de prijs serieus drukt. Bovendien hebben we heel wat technische medewerkers die in no time bij u staan als er toch een probleem opduikt. Geen wonder dus dat onze naam een gevestigde waarde werd in de sector. Aqua Service staat garant voor kwaliteit en expertise, al 52 jaar lang.

Proper maintenance

Kind employee.

Good maintenance, but just a bit too little knowledge on the technical aspects for an engineer-customer.
Customer service department has a tendency to call too iften and forgetting that they called.

Unprofessional, Rude, and Charging Against the Contract for Their Own Failure

I booked a maintenance visit and was told the technician could come anytime within a given time window, so I took a full day off work to be home. Nobody showed up.

When I emailed to ask what happened, the company sent me a photo of my house, apparently taken by their technician, as “proof” they had been there which does not prove the date, time, or duration of any alleged visit. I asked why the technician didn’t call or text to let me know he was outside — maybe I was in the bathroom for a minute — and the reply I received was extremely short and rude: “We don’t call, you are responsible to make yourself available for a planned maintenance.”

Now they want me to book a new appointment and are trying to charge me for “transport and waiting time” — even though I was home all day and they made no effort to actually contact me. They keep insisting that unless I pay these charges, I will not be able to request any further service from them. I have my signed contract, and there is absolutely no clause stating that they can bill for transport or waiting time. This is insane.

This is one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not work with them again. Zero stars if I could.

If they continue to insist on payment or withhold services in breach of our contract, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the highest appropriate legal and regulatory authorities.
