Customer Support Very BAD
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and collaboration I experienced. I had called to make an appointment, and the agreed-upon price of €85 was to include two 25 kg bags of salt. However, when the installer arrived, he refused to provide the bags, claiming that I already had other bags, even though they were explicitly included in the price.
Additionally, the installer did not inform us of the cost of a blue bottle for the device, which resulted in an unexpected final bill of €150—significantly higher than the initial quote. To make matters worse, despite not receiving the two bags of salt as promised, customer service was unwilling to offer a solution. They placed the blame on us and stated that we could collect the bags from Antwerp, refusing to arrange delivery when I requested it.
This response is both unprofessional and unacceptable. A company should prioritize customer satisfaction and work to resolve issues fairly, rather than dismiss concerns by citing "company decisions" and shutting down further discussions. The way this matter was handled is, quite frankly, disappointing.

Appalling after- sales service - am most disappointed in the service-…
I am most disappointed in the service- I have had eternal problems due to lack of communication between the technical support and accounts. Still
Unresolved- the team takes no responsibility and I am left with incorrect invoices… needless to say more than I should pay. The annual service does not seem to happen
