I ordered an AquaSensor device after visiting their stand at Batibouw. The concept looked appealing. When I contacted them to fix an appointment for the actual installation, it took them two months to get back to me. I should have walked away from the purchase. Instead, within less than a month, the device has not worked and has damaged an electricity outlet. Customer service is unreachable by phone and the only email I have received is to ask me for my phone number which I have provided every time I made contact. Definitely a purchase I regret.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. Our machine leaked water and salt from day one, took a long time to fix, when they fixed it they apparently broke a lot of other things. Machine is now constantly rinsing, using tons of salt and water at our cost. Had a technician come who refused to fix it because he said his colleague broke it and he should be the one to fix it "so that he can learn"!!! Demanded a new machine as there were so many things wrong since the beginning we did not trust it anymore. Was told they have no new machines and we would have to wait 6-8 months. The technician who broke it arrived to install a new one and was rude, unprofessional, not communicating what he was doing at all, and then broke the new machine in front of our eyes by trying to force something. He swore at us and we had to ask him to leave. Impossible to speak with a manager and we had to threaten legal action. They also ridiculously overcharge for the salt, which is mandatory to buy from them. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional staff. You will not get a reminder for a service appointment nor a window in which technician will show up during the day. They will neither call to check before they come but if you are not home when they show up they simply shout. A lady calls me from +32 56 24 94 93 and simply shouts and hangs up.

We bought our water softener machine a few years ago and we've had many leakages (and damages to the floor) since then. The service is awful! It takes forever for them to respond (if they do, most of the time they don't) or they send a technician without informing you, so the technician arrives at your home when you are stuck at work.

Totally bad service, I have been calling for servicing for the last one month, reporting complaints but not resolving, I have made a big mistake with Aqua Gord

On the website, it indicates free for quotation.
However, the guy charge me 65euro +21% BTW= 79.65 euro for his visiting.
He said only when we buy their product, then I don't have to pay for the bill. If not, I will get a bill within two weeks.
I tried to call the customer service, the lady only said her colleague will call me back in one hour. However, no one called me. I made another call and she said again that someone will contact me. Few days later, nothing.

PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS WATER!! THEY ARE SCAM THEY GET ALL YOUR MONEY THEY DESUCTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT EARLY AND THEY PUT FOR EXTRA, DONT TRUST THIS AQUASERVICE SCAMMER
