I’ve always received A1 Service From aquanauts, although I’ve never been to the shop I ordered online over the years, this has always been backed up from the phone call from them to make sure that the stuff I’ve ordered his suited even suggesting slight changes which would suit me better at no extra cost.
A lot more retailers should operate like this. I only can say what a awesome company and nothing is too much trouble.

very quick service, no hassle and product just as described. my sister has managed to do some decorating in my swim gloves and ruined them with paint stripper (i know right) so she bought some replacements but they didn't fit right. So sourcing the exact same ones and them arriving quickly was important for my winter swimming.
