My purchase arrived on time & was just as ordered. However, my order needed to be packaged in a box, the plastic sleeve used was damaged in many places by the courier. Thankfully the BCD was not damaged or compromised.

Very pleased
good website with clear images and description of product, and well priced. The product was exactly as described and well packaged. I got the dispatch email very quickly, and confirmation from the courier that they had it. Don't know why but the courier company took a few days to then do the delivery.

Great customer service.
I ordered new fins and a replacement protective cover for my dive computer. The order was accepted but then I received an email advising that one of my items wasn’t available and they were waiting for delivery. I was asked if I was ok to wait for the item to be back in stock or if I wanted to cancel the order. I thought the customer service around this was excellent, I waited for the stock item and was notified of the planned delivery date and pick up options. Both items came as described in perfect condition. I would use them again.
