The worst service that I have ever received from a courier service.
The worst service that I have ever received from a global delivery service. My package arrived in the UK, 5 days ago and is still sitting in the Aramex warehouse. I am fed up receiving appology e-mails but no action. Trying to contact customer service by phone is impossible as you can't even join a queue to speak to someone as a recorded message just advises you to call back later.
My advice, never use Aramex !!!!!

Once again, I have received an apology but no action.
I have called the customer service number over 30 times and cannot get through.
I have received 5 emails saying that the situation will be looked into but there is never any action.
I have repeatedly asked for someone to call me but I have received zero calls.
Absolutely diabolical service!!!!

Now in to day 9 of my package sitting in the warehouse in London. All my calls just receive the same response, "The warehouse is not responding"
I am going around in circles and getting nowhere.
I would advice anyone considering using Aramex to take their custom elsewhere.

I have now managed to speak to someone on the phone on 3 occasions. On the 3 occasions I was promised a call back within the hour. Yep you guessed it, I have never received any calls back.
I have requested that the situation is escalated only to be told that my request is not an option and there are no senior managers available to talk to customers.
Still no update on my package.
Still getting the same response "We are checking with the warehouse".
UPDATE:
Now into day 12 of this issue. I am once again told that we "Aramex" are checking with their warehouse.
Once again my promised call back never happened.
This is the story so far (I have had no updates except Aramex are waiting for an answer from their own warehouse since July 30th, 12 days ago)

Yet another false email sent stating delivery was attempted, sent by the way at 19:15pm.
Once again arranges were made so that deliver of my parcel could be taken.
NO phone calls were made to my cellphone. NO phone calls were made to or from the gate of my complex.
What excuse this time Aramex for atrocious service? When will my parcel actually be delivered?
Again, it is the principle. You are a company providing a service, to which you have repeatedly FAILED to do.

Bad service is the new normal; paid USD.35.00 to have a couple of docs shipped from Jakarta to Chennai, been 2 full weeks and the status today; out for delivery! Aramex's excuse; "xperiencing some delays caused by the current unprecedented situation", without ANY further explanation of what the "unprecedented situation" is. Shockingly bad courier service!!

Been waiting for my parcel for weeks. They say they tried to deliver it twice and left a calling card. No calling card left either time & I was home one of the days. You can’t call them on the phone and the chat feature online no one responds to. It’s a joke of a delivery company. They don’t actually deliver anything. Very frustrating experience

Worst experience with Aramex and I've never seen any postal company handling a Priority express service that's not delivery in 2 weeks and the parcel tracking status online always shows as "Shipment arrived at Aramex destination facility - will be updated once ready for collection/delivery". After calling repeatedly to the customer service, I got the same answer that "The post will be delivered in 24h/48h" but the status do not change. Atleast if they give reliable information (regardless post not delivered) I would be happy. No customer should be in this panic state!!!

Delay in Delivery and No one to Respond to Issues
My sister sent documents using Aramex on 08/09/2021 from Nairobi, Kenya and they were to be delivered to Erlangen Germany. When we track the parcel using the tracking number it shows the parcel has been at the Frankfurt, Germany warehouse since 14/09/2021. When we try calling all we get is an automated answering service on the German phone line saying they are experiencing delays due to the Corona pandemic hence they do not even have Customer Care people to respond to calls or complaints because they have moved them to help with the backlog. Honestly this is a poor excuse as Corona has been there for over a year now and this is not the first time using Aramex delivery services during the pandemic period and other times the packages were being delivered on time. My sister has tried following up with the Nairobi offices but again they have not offered any tangible help and they now they are not picking calls. The documents have a deadline which is 30/09/2021. Honestly this is highly inconveniencing and the fact that our complaints have gone unanswered. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way and to cause a lot of frustrations. Very very unreliable and totally unprofessional Aramex. Do something!
