WARNING............ARAMEX UK, .com
ARAMEX is used as the air transport agents for DPD.
After filling in the customs forms sent to me by DPD and attaching same to my parcel in a clear zip lock plastic bag ARAMEX sent my recipient
a message to say they needed the following information:
NAME, ADDRESS, IDENTITY NUMBER, TELEPHONE NUMBER
All this information except the identity number was included in the DPD address label for all to see. ARAMEX appears to require much more........
enough information in fact for stealing an identity or selling personal data.
ARAMEX needs to check on it’s staff for inappropriate requests of personal information and whether they are being hacked. I suggest they employ a forensic accountant or forsensic private investigator.

My honest review - fast, cheap and reliable (just call them in case of any doubt...)
This is my honest review based on my personal experience. I must clearly disagree with all the negative comments here. My parcel from Australia to Czech Republic (EU) was delivered to me in 7 days for roughly 10 EUR. I used Aramex Global Shopper and they did not want even to pay the shipping charges beforehand!
As my local Aramex office is located 300 km away from home, I was a bit worried reading the comments here, so I called them and they told me that my package was forwarded to another courier company, GLS (maybe it is in the UK too) and gave me another tracking number for that.
Now the package is in their hands and scheduled to be delivered tommorow, if not, then at least to a nearby depot for personal pick-up, so all in all I am very satisfied.
Just call them if you have any doubt of your package status and I am sure some representative from Aramex will sort it out. By the way, they are very much helpful, no irony.
I hope that nobody thinks he/she will be updated every 10 minutes of package tracking, come on people...
Anyway, I wish you have a good experience with Aramex!

Worst courier company ever
Worst courier company ever. They are holding my courier since 22 April still there. Other courier company handed over my courier on 22 April in Gurgaon. It was showing gurgaon 22 April then Dwarka then gurgaon then Delhi then gurgaon. It supposed to deliver Australia but from 24 April it is still in Gurgaon. Today it is 26 April no update anymore. I don't know why it is always back to Gurgaon. I don't want to give them even a single star. They deserve nothing. They charged for fast shipment and still holding it themselves.
