Most horrible service ever!

Received a notification my parcel was delivered while I was standing out the front of my house, checked my cameras and nothing!

10 days later, still chasing them for a reply and all I have received is an email back telling me it was delivered? OBVIOUSLY NOT OR I WOULDNT BE CHASING
Most horrible service ever!

The worst courier company in the world!

The worst courier company in the world!
Particularly their Fastway branch.
In future, prior to ordering anything online I'll find out what courier the vendor uses, if it's Fastway I'll find another option.

The worst delivery company

The worst delivery company. Current status of delivery of consignments to the Czech Republic in August.
One package undelivered lost, the other package 11 days without movement STATUS: Shipment received at Aramex London sorting room. Aramex delivers shipments from England to the Czech Republic for a period of 20-25 days or does not deliver at all.

The service from this mob is…

The service from this mob is substandard but for some reason the wine industry insists on using them. I am on a small property near Orange NSW. You can see the house from the front gate. It is about 150 meters away. Aramex left my latest wine delivery outside the front gate - "a safe place"? I have complained about this before and even got an assurance that the driver/s had been instructed to deliver the wine to a place that is actually safe. They can't have been listening. Aramex service is an oxymoron. My reference is MP0008115588

Shocking service

Shocking service. They state they tried a delivery but my 2 webcams in the front of the house says otherwise.
There online chat service provides nobody to chat with, i.e. useless. There phone numbers do not let you speak to a person just an answering service. I cannot understand how a company can function like this. Will never use, ever.

When tracking my parcel I was able to…

When tracking my parcel I was able to discover it had arrived in my city a week ago. The tracking service had no information beyond that. I tried to chat with a customer service rep to find out why it was being stored in a warehouse somewhere instead of being delivered. While I was told that a customer service rep would be with me shortly this was a lie. I left the chat window open all day. I tried again the next day with the same result. If I could I would give less than 1 star. The worst parcel delivery experience I have had.

Aramex in Australia was known by its…

Aramex in Australia was known by its former name, "Fastway couriers", recognised for their absolutely trash services, losing parcels, and being incredibly impatient with customers. A rebranding isn't going to do jack-f-king-st, this service is rotten to its core and anyone using it should think twice.

They claimed attempted delivery on 8th and 9th this month, so where's the card? My home office faces the driveway and I knew they were trash, so I had the window opened and eyed out, starting work from 8am. Did anyone come, was there a van? No! Did the CCTV show anything, of course not. They will spew lies and blame the customer for missing a delivery when they never ever attempted to deliver. Now they claim pick-up locations have been closed, what a joke. Isn't parcel delivery essential? They are closed because this company probably pays their employees low wages and treat them like door rugs, they don't want to pay to have the collection points open with adequate distancing and mask rules in place, this takes them room temperature IQ points and money, it's too much for their grain-sized jelly they call a brain.

2 weeks, no parcel.

Not a delivery service-just a notification service

What a shocker. We suddenly discovered a card saying that they had attempted delivery, but there was no one home. Confused, because there were six of us home ALL DAY, I contacted Aramex for an explanation. Turns out they only deliver to our area (Sunshine Coast) between 6am and 7:30am and are not allowed to knock on the door at that time of day! So the only way you can receive a package from them if you live here is if you either a) are sitting on your lawn waiting for them to appear (they can deliver if they actually SEE you, but cannot ring the bell) or if you contact them to have it re-delivered, thus delaying delivery. This is not delivery service. It's a notification-that-we-have-your-item service. The lesson is, basically don't order anything with Harvey Norman, because they use this lame service.

Bad service is a business model

Every time a package gets sent by aramex/fastway, i know it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it even appears on this side of the country.
Their business model is not sustainable. It seems to rely on the underemployment of 'contractors', patience of customers and apathy of those who select a sub par delivery service.

Sydney to Perth then to Adelaide for delivery.

I purchased a small item in Sydney, it was picked up on the 30th of May, for two weeks the tracking said it had been picked up, and there were no further updates. On the 16th of June it was in Perth on its way to Adelaide where I live. I am still waiting for it. I am amazed how they can still be in business. My parcel is enjoying a tour around Australia. I hope it is taking nice photos for me.

I have to call and ask when my parcel…

I have to call and ask when my parcel will be delivered. Answer they gave to me just tomorrow or another 24 hours. Then I said I already called yesterday. So frustrated as I guessed they just answer like this to anyone. So my husband have to go and pick it up from depot.
No wonder why they have had bad review. All over the feed. I don’t recommended anyone to use this service.
NZ post much better with re-delivery and pick up.

Not once but twice!

Not once but twice. Delayed again for 2nd time, system is never accurate of their delivery promises! There's no hope for this company. Never trust their services. Customer service is useless as usual.
