Very very very big cheating fraud…

Very very very big cheating fraud company Aramex. They increase the customs duty for the shipment and demand money from without any reason, they won't reply to you at certain times then they if you are decided to pay what they demand money for customs clearance, after making payment then they demand money for some other reasons and they asking you to pay or cancel the order. Once we cancel they dispute the shipment and sell out in the local market, this main income for Aramex, I experienced now 19500 inr worth I paid 90 usd shipping charges, 11200 inr customs duty, now again they demanding for storage and services charges which purposely delayed by their respentative ,
Even customer also always says please wait for 24 hrs to 72 hrs for their reply, they ask you to wait for shipment they will update status of waiting for customer document, if you ask to aramex they say it's default update nothing to worry then finally they provide a very big bill and ask you to pay or leave the order. Please don't use Aramex, very big fraud courier service tracking number 33407077745

An utter disgrace

They are by far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Every single package that was addressed to me from numerous companies has either been lost or stolen.
Even a package to be delivered 25km from my home disappeared after 3weeks.
It's got to the point where I have to specify on every order that if a company is using them, to either use the local postal service or cancel the order.

Aramex tracking is terrible

Aramex tracking is terrible. Always lagging and slow with updates. Is Aramex shipping just slow ? There must be a better way to track my parcel and see status, we are living in the information age after all

Fraud company

There were 4 jars send from U.K. I received only 3 jars and a glass piece of the 4th jar. There has been very careless mishandling which had caused me loss and above all Aramex hasn’t acknowledged the situation and showed fraud in not informing me. They haven’t even responded to the complaint.
Very bad service. Guys please stay out of these frauds ..

Already 2 weeks and still nothing from…

Already 2 weeks and still nothing from aramex. From May 2020 to December 2020 still nothing. Just a reply 2 weeks ago after my review in Trustpilot. The standard auto reply until now nothing. No one contact me and the waiting is frustrating. They should have never accepted the business if they cant deliver. So un Islamic practice for a company originating from a Muslim country. Really it so shameful. I do wonder will i ever receive my parcel. I am not a Korean and i wont be living here forever. With the current covid19 situation will i ever receive my parcel. They should receive a zero star. Even if i change my address will i ever get my goods. So damn frustrating and May Allah punishes this company for their terrible service and attitude. Didn’t leave a card no info on delivery…

Didn’t leave a card no info on delivery website redirection choices limited unless you pay a fee. Communication by phone with customer services unhelpful and an incredibly long wait time Perth was particularly difficult. I will be informing Catch who use Aramex of my dissatisfaction with their use of this company. I suppose they will reply did you try to contact us the answer is yes. Tracking number GZ0001017579. Aramex, your service in Hong Kong is totally a piece of shXt! irresponsible, unprofessional, I want to give you no stars if I could, Do you know what is business operation is? if you are not ready to be a professional company, please close down! first! I used your service to deliver the parcel to Denmark for my e-commerce business on the 21st September and the parcel still hanging in the air not even delivery door to door which I purchased the service for delivery door to door!!! , You end up using UPS for local delivery to deliver to my customer WITHOUT informing details until the parcel arrived in London and during a long public holiday! Your pieces of shXt salesperson even shamelessly debate my customer didn't pick up the phone when my customer contacted us more than 5 times asking where was the parcel and we informed you about this and now you want to chargeback for the return parcel to Denmark!, you sent the parcel back to London hub WITHOUT our consent, now I asked you when you could return the parcel back to my customer, you Freakin SALES PEOPLE JUST DONT ANSWER ANY CALL, NO SOLUTION, PRETEND NOTHING HAPPEN after waiting for 1 weeks of unlimited calling and chasing for an answer!!! YOU CAUSE US LOST BUSINESS IN DOLLAR VALUE BUT ALSO REPUTATION YOU PIECES OF SHXT!! I PRAY THAT YOU GOT CLOSE DOWN VERY SOON!! !!!

This is the worst shipping company…

This is the worst shipping company ever!!! Ordered a package from Amazon on September 4th it arrived in my country on September 14th then the status was changed from out for delivery, to Attempted delivery - delivery rescheduled. THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ANYTHING!!!!!! I've been trying to get in touch with via emails since there is no telephone number to contact them. It is September 18th and I still have not received my package as yet.

Igp.com has tie up with aramex for…

Igp.com has tie up with aramex for delivery of their product in dubai.i ordered a gift on 14 july 20 with tentative date for delivery 28july 20.However till now the package has not been delivered. Till 8th august there was no news of my package where it was however when i raised a negative review on trustpilot.com for igp they informed that aramex has been showing the recipient denying to recieve the package.on 11th august 20 i got a message from aramex regarding delivery and they asked me to select a date and time .However the package was not delivered.A mesaage was received later at evening to choose timing and date again .the replies and messages are computer generated and after 1 month of my payment i am not able to receive what i ordered for. Such is the professional competency of this firm and igp.com Donot ever rely on igp for international delivery and dnt ever think of using aramex for anything .

Appalled & Disappointed with Aramex

I'm really appalled with the customer service representatives that handled my concerns. I asked them politely to arrange the delivery on my chosen address with the exact timing and date but nothing was delivered to me. I called the customer hotline 5 times and asked them why my parcel was not delivered. No one knew the exact reason but told me to pick it up at a mall 40 minutes away from my location. I have no problems picking up my parcel but they could've informed me immediately rather than letting me wait for 5 days and assuring me that my parcel will be delivered in front of my door steps. This is really unprofessional and disorganized. I hope this will get better because international e-commerce sites like ASOS, Lookfantastic, etc. has chosen Aramex as the partner here and it's already looking really ominous.

My Shipments are unnecessary holded by aramex for long time they said it hold for sorting ! and I don't know if that is the truth or it might be sorted by wrong or even lost !
Emailed them many
None other than promises 
It is useless to call customer support 
Because you'll get nothing 
Service is a joke 
I believe One day aramex will shut down
