I was a returning customer to armatile newry over the last while and generally couldn’t complain about the service but this time the service I received was quite poor and in my view unprofessional. From being told to take extra tiles as they can be returned to then being told after purchasing the extra 6 boxes of tiles that there was a 20% charge to take the tiles back which we were never told about prior to purchasing. She did apologise but made a joke about it saying she should have told us. Understood that she possibly works on commission but customers need to know the correct information when making a significant purchase. Also we were given the wrong colour grout which we didn’t know about until it was too late . Overall I love tiles we got at armatile but was disappointed with the aftercare I received . Definitely won’t be back to Maria or armatile in the future

I purchased the Victorian black and white chequerboard tiles and had path design sent to me from Glenn with tailored quote and order, made the order process so simple and the best price I found! I researched a lot for best quality and look as well as reasonable price.
When tiles arrived I was so impressed with the quality and now have a stunning front path! Ace service from start to finish, highly recommend.

We have recently tiled our kitchen, hall and dining room. Chris gave us an outstanding service and I have already recommended him to a few friends. The range of tiles available in Armatile is first class and Chris really knows the product inside out. He also showed great patience and understanding when we kept changing our minds! He has been a pleasure to deal with, as have all the Armatile staff I've dealt with.

The design service was excellent and also very patient as we worked through some options. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My tiler has just finished laying my front path with the Red Victorian Donard tiles. They look fantastic and are just as they look on the web site. The quality is excellent. The service I received from Glenn at Armatile was both friendly, immediate and informative. The delivery was very quick and arrived well packaged. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Armatile again.

We worked with Armatile to source cherry red grout for our kitchen. No-one else we contacted in Ireland and the UK was prepared to help us for the qty we needed but Glenn and the team worked with us and the communication was brilliant and we got the grout we needed all the way from Italy and the kitchen tiling was completed as we originally wanted.

We were building a new house and needed tiles for all our downstairs and much of the upstairs. We arrived at Armatile Belfast Showroom with a few basic ideas of colors and a set of plans showing all of the areas where we needed tiles. After browsing for a while we were helped by Chris and began to shortlist certain colours and sizes for particular areas. My wife and I found his advice to very helpful and indeed his silence sometime said more when we favoured tiles that he felt did not quite flow together. We were able to choose all our tiles over several visits and the continuity of dealing with Chris as our point of contact was very helpful. Armatile worked well with our tiler and the required delivery times needed. We were able to order extra tiles of certain types easily and get one mosaic tile done quickly by the factory to allow the job to be finished. We would recommend Armatile to anyone and certainly use them again for any of our tile needs.

Glenn was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Prices were excellent, delivery prompt and they stocked what I needed. Can't fault Armatile and I found them via a simple Google search...an excellent outcome.

Very easy ordering process online. Great after-sales by Glenn Spence. Sales team in the showroom were very helpful and the guy in the store who carried my items and lifted them in to the boot of my car was also very helpful and pleasant.

Selection was great and customer service excellent - particularly Glenn who mocked up our design and advised us. All other reviews we looked at on-line ranked Armatile very well, so this was an influencer for us also.

emailed Armatile on a whim thinking I wouldn't be able to get the tiles I had seen in a magazine. Armatile got back to me a few days later saying they could source me tiles very similar to the ones I wanted and that was that. sales guy I dealt with very helpful. would definitely recommend Armatile.

From the moment I initially contacted Armatile and spoke to Glenn Spence, I'm pleased to say that I received a service that was second to none. Not only was he very informative about the tiles that I was enquirying about (without being one of those annoying pushy sales people) but he also managed to under-cut the other two suplliers I was in contact with, which obviously provided me with a more cost effective solution. I ordered and paid for the products on-line, which was an easy and seemless process. Glenn kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, which added that unusual but very welcomed personalised touch. I even received the goods quicker than I was expecting!
The tiles arrived, packaged well, by a trusted delivery firm. Excellent quality and just what I was hoping for.
All in all the service has exceeded my expectations and I will be definitely using this company/website again!
