This was our second time purchasing from Armatile. Once again, the service was faultless. Especially appreciated the shipping to the Outer Hebrides - no hassle and reasonably priced.

We were looking for some victorian outdoor tiles, and after considering many different providers in the UK we selected Armatile.

Armatile provided a personal service to us. Planned out out tile layout, calculated quantities required and gave us a one click payment option so we did not have to add 200 tiles to our basket.

Tiles were delivered quickly on a pallet and no tiles were damaged upon receipt.

Will definately be using again

Fantastic service and fantastic product. I was everywhere looking for Victorian tiles that looked original at a good price and Armatile came up trumps. Glenn was very helpful and emailed me back very quickly with any queries, none of this waiting days for an answer like many other companies.
He drew me out a design that I was happy with and sent out the tiles pronto!

The range of tiles that Armatile have is excellent and their prices are very competitive; their customer service and helpfulness is so refreshing. I'll be using them as much as possible.

I was looking for some nice inset tiles and found some online. Most companies I got in touch with had it on the website, but not in-stock and I was looking at a delivery time of 4-6 weeks...
I was so pleasantly surprised when I rang Armatile that they had them in stock and could post out immediately. So after a quick conversation confirming dimensions etc. I placed the order and had them the following day! Could not ask for anything better!

Ordered online, got email within 24hrs to say product was out of stock and when it would next be available. Offered to hurry the order if it was urgent and delivered bang on time. Can't ask for more really. Happy customer.

Couldn't find the tiles I wanted anywhere else. Theirs is a quality product and comes with great customer service.

I have a foyer area that is oddly shaped and so decided to liven it up with a Victorian-look. I spoke with a company (W&Fs) and received such an attitude from their representative that I asked to speak with a supervisor. This is my first experience working with floor tiles and I just thought that in this instance the rep would give advice and easily have prices available for me. It was because of this poor customer service, I decided to go again and find a company that had some friendly and knowledgeable people working for it. I did find that with Armatile. I was told easily and quickly how much the tiles were and how many it would appear that I needed. Glenn made a drawing for me and our communication both over the phone and via internet was a pleasant experience. I have a large, old house which will need a lot more tiles. I will go to Armatile again for a beautiful product and FRIENDLY advice.

Great service, some tiles got broken in transit and they instantly replaced them. superb start to finish!!!

The tiles that we purchased were damaged at the edges.
Luckily we had purchased extra so were able to complete the project.
The packaging could have been better to add extra protection to the product.

Armatile were the only UK stockists that supplied out tiles of choice. The staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. The prices were competitive, it would've been ideal if there was a stockist nearer home to cut delivery costs, but we were not disappointed.

I shopped online with Armatile for the tiles for my new build in Cork. I found beautiful travertine tiles on their site for a fraction of what they would have cost me in Cork. They were delivered next day without any problems and they were top quality. I used them on the floors and in the bathrooms and they look beautiful - I will never tire of admiring them.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

The tiles I received looked really good and I was especially happy with the service I received when I enquired about using the same tile on the wall and the reassurances on which adhesive would work best and also it was strongly recommended that I purchase an appropriate sealer which I was very happy that I did in the end. I don'r normally write reviews but very happy to write this one. Armatile were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again and I would certainly recommend them

This was an easy transaction as and delivery was great too saved me worrying how till get such a big amount if tiles till my house in car prefect and great tiles!!

I have used this company a few times and have found them to be priced fairly, they deliver promptly and they have a wide variety of stock. I bought from their website each time and found the website very good.

I dealt with Mr Glenn Spence and found him very friendly and helpful in dealing with what was a relativly small order. He put together a very pleasing design for me which looks great when laid on the floor. The facility his company offers where they design a pattern of tiles according your drawing of the floor space is extremly helpful and quite unique. I would reccomend Armatile to anyone who is unsure of what they want the finished job of tiling their floor will look like.
