Arozzi great costumer support
I have a Arozzi Verona Pro v1 that i got an issue with after warrenty but withing the production warrenty in sweden at 3 years. Arozzi had an understanding costumer support that shipped the parts that i needed to fix the chair! Would recomend Arozzi both for the chair itself and its customer support.

Tried contacting them multiple times about a replacement part that broke very early on in the chairs life. Still have no answer. Sent multiple emails the past few months with no answer. Cannot find a phone number or I would have tried that. Would not recommend.

Now spent three hours trying to build…
Now spent three hours trying to build this chair! Simple and basic construction - but none of the drilled holes match correctly and most screws supplied are fractionally too big for the holes they are intended to screw into.
DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR MANY MAY HOURS OF FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!
I will be returning to the UK retailer, and giving them the appropriate feedback.....

Torretta XL Arozzi Support
I had originally bought the Torretta XL based on the brand and quality it was known for. I loved the chair when I purchased it, however I noticed a slight defect that I thought I could live with.
Upon contacting them a year later, their support quickly and courteously replaced the faulty parts for me and now I am back to being 100 percent satisfied with my purchase.
Based on this experience they have helped to ensure brand loyalty for me, as I know if there would be anything wrong with their products, they are always there to support you.
I know this can sound a bit cheesy, but I am just that happy with the brand that I would want to invest into more of their range.
This Chair is a Complete Let Down
I received this company's chair as a gift, the lifting cylinder is defective and the chair lowers itself within 3 minutes of sitting in it.
I called the company and they demanded my receipt ( apparently they are not familiar with the term "gift"), which I do not have.
Why anybody would want a random chair cylinder is a mystery to me, but clearly they consider my issue unimportant and told me "Too Bad"
So now I'm going to make a YouTube video on this crappy chair and it's own Facebook page.

No matter what settings I try the Star Trek Gaming chair based on the Verona Pro V2 chair gives me backache even in very short game sessions. I have been trying for weeks now and I just cannot get the back support right. Which is a shame as the rest of the chair looks great and is adjustable. The arm rests are great, leg support is just right. But none of that matters if I cannot sit in it for more then 10mins at a time. Given the price it feels like wasted money.
EDIT: Only got worse over time so downgraded this to 1 star. On top of back ache now getting pain in my elbow where this is no support on the is chair.

Have a Verona Pro V2 that I massively enjoy! Recently had some trouble with the lever mechanism. Contacted them and received help with a solution and a new part the same day. Very impressed with the support!
I LOVE my new Arozzi Arena Desk!
I've had a pretty old desk for a few years now and I've been wanting to upgrade for a few years now and started to finally sit down and find me a new desk. I actually stumbled across Arozzi on accident and boy am I glad I did because I just received my Arena desk today and it ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I have SOOOOO much desk space even with three 27inch monitors. I couldn't be any more satisfied than I currently am.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! First off, the desk we purchased is a solid gaming desk. The mouse-pad top is very stylish and functional. We did experience a few defects in the top with the stitching and some markings, but all it took was for me to reach out to customer service. Just by attaching my proof of purchase and a few pictures of the problem, without even asking I was offered a replacement to be sent out to us. Phenomenal customer service, definitely a company that cares about their customers satisfaction and their reputation.
Kudos to you at Arozzi, keep up the amazing job.

I purchased the Arozzi arena desk from arozzi directly and when I opened it there was a missing part so I contacted Them late on a Thursday and immediately on Monday they replied and shipped my spare parts this company has amazing customer service I will definitely be coming back

No new part, but great solution after having contact with the customer service
So i got Arozzi torreta chair 3 years now, and my wheelbase broke after 2 years. I talked to the customerservice for 6 months but they couldn’t send me the right part after all that time. After i had send another email, they replied very fast and came with a good solution! I love the products that i have bought, Its from great quality and soft materials. Overall a above average experience. :)

Had a small problem with my chair from Arozzi, so i sent an E-mail. Got an answer the morning after, and later that day they had shipped my spare parts, who arrived the day after that. Brilliant service in my mind!
Also, the chair is absolutely brilliant.

In the beginning, it went badly. I received my package from Amazon with a missing piece and I had to deal with a return and refund that would take 3 weeks. But then I met Gustav. I contacted the Arozzi customer service to find another solution, one evening at 7:30 PM. They answered (Gustav answered) me the next morning at dawn that they were going to send me the missing piece the same day. I know few customer service that are as responsive and nice as that of Arrozi, and Gustav in particular. Gustav, I don't know how much you are paid but you deserve a salary increase, or at least a bonus ;)
I still check the quality of the desk and it looks great. Arrozi, keep up the good work :)

The neck pillow is so comfy, its no problems having 12h,streams the armrests is adjustable to both sides and up and down, the chairs is both good looking and comfy.
