Super chair and great support!

I bought an Arozzi chair a few years ago. I use it every day and I've been very happy with it. Still looks very good!
I have contacted their support a few times for minor things that broke. The support is absolutely great! Quick answers and they are happy to send replacement parts even years after purchase if something is wrong.

Five out of five!

Their support is AMAZING

Their support is AMAZING. One of the wheels broke off from my chair (Vernaza Soft Fabric, which is really comfortable, by the way), I emailed them a picture of what had happened and within an hour they already sent me a shipping number for the replacement wheels.

One of the best customer services

One of the best customer services I've ever come across. one of the arms on my gaming chair had broken, I emailed late at night and got a reply first thing in the morning. I explain everything and sent photos over which they replied back super fast and sorted the problem within a few emails they're now sending me a spare part which is covered by warranty, all this sorted within 2hrs of the first email I couldn't be more happier with the customer service thanks again

VERY IMPRESSED! VERY GOOD SUPPORT! THANK YOU AROZZI!

My chair became faulty after a year, so I emailed them for support. Within 5 minutes of sending my email they had 1) understood the fault 2) apologised 3) requested proof of purchase 4) sent out a replacement part to resolve the issue! I’m just amazed! This company is amazing! So very quick to rescue me, thank you sincerely! I highly recommend this brand!!!!

STRONG SMELL WARNING

STRONG SMELL WARNING! Usually fake leather chairs have a smell, so for that reason I decided to buy the soft fabric version (but it had a stronger smell!) The smell stains clothes, skin, and will make the room it is in smell like the chemical. It has been 5 days and I've tried leaving it out in the sun and the smell doesn't dissipate. I did some research on what that smell could potentially be, and found it could be a multitude of harmful chemicals that were involved when producing the chair. I need further analysis to conclude whether long term inhalation could be carcinogenic.

The chair in terms of comfort is "not bad." Assembly was straightforward and easy. I could write way more about the cons than pros...let me just say save your $350 for a better chair.

I've tried to see what customer service could do for me, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So as of right now I am trying to return the chair. I am frustrated that I have to pay for shipping this item back to them when they are the one's that shipped me a faulty chair.

Will update this as I await responses from reviewers about this chair.

Super responsive and helpful!

I broke the armrest of my chair on the evening, sent an email to the support team and got a reply at first lights the next morning. After sending pictures for more details they replied in the following 5 minutes with all the information I needed to make the reparations.

One of the best customer services I ever had to deal with. I clearly recommend this company and their products

Looks great, less fulfilling.

This is a great looking stand that functions poorly. After trying to "live with it" for a couple of days, I took redesign into my own hands.

I can say confidently that sawing a horizontal line through the pedal support and flipping it around and welding it back on so that the angle is towards you rather than away, it is FAR superior! Next, I'm going to work on drilling pilot holes for the lock down screws to engage so it quits working loose.

The good news is that there's plenty of adjustability for moving components apart -- the limitation with this system is that if you're short (like me at 5'10") then even with all components jammed together the pedals end up too far to reach. I just don't understand what country of giants this thing is designed for.

I was impressed that when they saw the review they asked for feedback (which I emailed). My stand is MUCH more useful after the above mentioned changes and I'm stoked that Arozzi wanted to see pictures (I just wish I'd done a better weld job).

Desk good, chair not so much

I bought the Arena desk and Verona Pro V2 chair at the same time. I never put any unnecessary stress on either product. The desk is holding up great, no problems there. The chair not so much. The chair is really comfortable to sit in, even for extended periods of time, but the plastic wheelbase and lack of finer adjustments is its downfall. After 1 1/2 years(right after the warranty ended) the wheelbase started breaking from normal use, most likely because it is just made of a plastic.

After 1 year the chair sit is so terrible, the shock is going down and the mechanism is squeecking. I am not satisfied with 300euro investment. Dont buy that brand.

NEVER aROZZI

I bought a gamer chair from Arozzi, BAD QUALITY, my chair is 3 years old, I have never jumped in it, its only me that youse it. I weigh (eu) 74 kilos, the 5 arms ,,, where there are wheels on, they are broken everyone, the iron cracks, it can't be right that it just cracks like ,,,, i contacted their support ,,, they wrote back that i could get a SPECIAL OFFER ..... OMG ,,, it was so the same price if I bought it on their website ,,,, without there SPECIAL OFFER ,,, VERY BAD QUALITY ,,, AND VERY BAD SUPPORT ,,, a shame I can't show pictures, I skewed inside their facebook page, ,, they have so deleted ...

High Cost - Low Quality - Run for your money

So first of all, it was my first gaming chair Arozzi Veronna V1.
I bought it around December 2016, I felt like it was the best chair ever for me !
After one year, one part was completely broken (Like the steel, really cracked) and i was under the weight. I reached support had a good support i was really "oh wow, really nice !".
I had a second part, but literraly ONE YEAR after, the same part broke again, same way. (But Arozzi Veronna V1 was not anymore in market, upgrading to V2, asked support why, no answer).
After one year again the same part broke AGAIN.
I'm sorry but the same part breaking the same way every year it's not acceptable for me, specially when you buy chair more than 300$ (I still have a random desk chair who have 6 year now and bought it less 50$)
I try to reach support again recently and for answer i got "You chair is not in warranty and the product is discontinued we can't do anything).
If you enjoy product with less 2 year of lifetime, buy arozzi, other way dodge them.
Now start january I have another part who is breaking :D

Chair Never Came...

I ordered a chair from Arozzi over a week ago, which I never received. Less than an hour after the package was claimed to have been delivered I filed a claim with Fedex, after a week dealing with them, I was directed back to Arozzi. They basically told me I was SOL and out of the ~$400 I paid and pointed me back to FedEx. Customer Service only responded to emails after I had started calling which should have been the first sign of what my experience would be. As a repeat owner of gaming chairs, I regret my decision to go with a lesser known brand.

Your chair better not break after 2 years

I purchased an Arozzi Torretta XL gaming chair in April 2017 for more than 400$ CAD. As of February 2020 the wheelbase steel frame is bent and broken due to (probably as I am no engineer) metal fatigue, poor metal or poor design. One or more wheels are threatening to break as I can see the cylinder that goes inside the metal frame. I contacted Arozzi Support via their website and they said that they’ll send parts, but they want me to pay for it via a Paypal invoice. The chair is now in the corner of my room and I am sitting on a kitchen chair, waiting to buy another one. I'll make sure to never buy from Arozzi again.

I wrote this review to warn people that if the chair breaks and you are out your 2 year warranty, they won't do anything to help you if you don't pay even more. Also, I just have experience with the Torretta XL, no other product so maybe their other products are great.

One month out of warranty and no support.

Purchased an Arozzi gaming chair December 2017. January 2020 the wheelbase collapses due to poor design and metal fatigue. Arozzi answers my email with a solution that they’ll send a part and I perform the repair. They want me to pay for the part and shipping. Only one month out of warranty. The chair is now at a mechanical engineers office for an opinion and I’ll make a YouTube video about the experience once the chair returns. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business. I just want to let others know this could happen to them.

Amazing product and support.

I tried out one of their Verona V2 chairs at Comic-Con 2019 and immediately knew I needed one. Bought it then and there. After about six months, the hydraulics started to fail. Customer support immediately sent out a replacement. Amazing product and amazing support.

After more than 2 years

After more than 2 years, the wheelbase of the Chair broke due to heavy use. After sending the support team a picture they send out a new unit on good will. Really good customer service. I strongly recommend them!
