Bought an Arozzi Arena desk. Really impressed with its design, function and ergonomics and would strongly recommend the product.

I had a couple of issues with the desk accessories which were very quickly addressed by the customer service team in Sweden. Very happy with how it was dealt with. 🙂

I needed a taller gas lift for my chair and in my country they only supply full chairs and replacements so i got in touch with support and they listed multiple replacement i could choose for what height i wanted.

But then i relised that they dont ship to my country so i asked support if they knew any place i could get them here and they said that since its a sparepart they could send it to me.

TLDR good support that stretches a little further then others.

Great chairs and exceptional customer service. I experienced a loud clicking noise when using the tilt function of my chair. The reseller asked me to disassemble the chair and send it to them for repairs.
When I contacted Arozzi directly instead a new seat mechanics was sent from them within the hour, free of charge and I had received the tracking link. Most pleasant interaction with any customer service ever.

IT WOBBLES SO MUCH

The arozzi arena gaming desk is very expensive and look really nice and has a nice design but its function is really bad.

It wobbles A LOT and the people at arozzi say that you build it wrong even though there are hundreds of videos on youtube on how to fix the INFAMOUS WOBBLE PROBLEM.

I ordered the torretta soft fabric chair as it looked like one of the most comfortable chairs out there. Unfortunately I am wrong. I have now been using the chair for 24 hours and as much as it hurts to say, the chair is too uncomfortable to sit on. The foam density and quality is awful, I am sitting on the metal bar and its digging into my backside. I am totally gutted. I had previously owned a basic non reclining gaming chair, the comfort on that is better than this. It is too thin and gotten to a point where I having to put foam underneath the cushion to ease the pain.

We own 2 Torretta chairs and 2 Arena tables and all have served very VERY well for the price you pay! I've always been sceptical about "gaming tables" but Arena is a proper sizeable table with none of the extra frills of bs that other "gaming tables" tend to do. And the full-size mouse pad is actually freaking amazing!

Recently we had an issue with the soldering in one of the table legs coming loose at the base and the table getting wobbly. I approached Arozzi (warranty was still on, mind you) on a friday evening and on monday the replacement leg was already on it's way. By the end of the week I had the replacement screwed in and the table is as good as new. I feel like with most other companies I would still be waiting for a response to the initial ticket... This? This I call superb support / service!

The Arozzi Inizio was my first proper gaming chair I ordered and I was really excited for it to arrive since I've started getting back/neck pains from my older chair.

When I got my chair and started putting it together I ran into a big problem, one of the screws in the bottom of the chair was tightened so hard that it literally would not move a single millimeter no matter the force used whilst ALL the other ones were completely fine.
After attempting to unscrew it for around 30 minutes the screwhead got so deformed and it was impossible to get a grip on it anymore with the tool provided by Arozzi making it impossible to get out.
I tried hammering it out, tried hammering a flat screwdriver under the screw head to be able to pull it out, tried everything and it would not budge.

I ended up just putting the parts on over the deformed screw and putting the other screws in as hard as I could to get it to stay and it works but who knows how long it will be before it breaks.

As for the chair I can say it's an upgrade compared to my older chair, just a few minor complaints like seat is pretty narrow and low compared to the length of the chairback (and I'm pretty tall, 190cm).

The lower backpillow is pretty nice and the neck pillow could be a bit bigger but it's ok. The quality of the chair itself is solid and you can tell it's built to last. If you didn't run into the issues I had I would say it's a pretty good "entry" level gaming chair but I'm pretty dissapointed since it had such good reviews on the site I purchased it from.

Excellent customer service! Asking whether or not they deliver to Norway (they don't), they provided me with stores in Norway selling their products, and which one providing the best prices.

After being let down by the retailer {Currys/pc world} i sent 1 email to Arozzi Europe telling them of my problem and in 6 days which included a weekend and a bank holiday i recieved my new parts that i said was faulty {9 months old},
Massive thank you to them.

Do not trust the other good reviews. I trusted them and I regret, This company has horrible customer service, I tried to reach out to them with my problem with their gaming chair and they wouldn't reply. They replied after like 10 days and still couldn't help me. The chair had bad comfort and the materials used seem cheap amd overall isn't worth the money. Don't go with this company, you are better off choosing some other companies with good reviews.

**UPDATE** The pedal stand warped and now wiggles uncontrollably. Making this stand useless after only 2 weeks? Very disappointed and now out $230.. I really like this stand, But now its a waste of money.


[To start, I'm going with a 4/5 stars cause there is some improvements that could be made. I absolutely love this wheel stand but to earn a 5 star i strongly believe that the tubing should swap to a square tubing, I feel it would be way more stable that way and then you're solely adjusting the stability through the adjustable feet. 2nd, The swivel notches should be more locking, Maybe slightly bigger or more straight cut so they lock better vs rocking back and forth even after tightening. 3rd, I understand not everyone has tools at hand that's why you used the plastic knobs, But maybe offer separate nuts/bolts that could be included in the package because the only issue i had was the pedal stand couldn't get tight enough, Wasn't enough room for my hand to actually tighten it, I had to use vice grips on the knob to turn it. 4th, The shifter stand could use a stiffer plate, Like the steering plate or foot plate, It's a bit flimsy and vibrates for a bit after shifting. Other than that its a solid stand, Can handle very strong FFB from my wheel, Weight of me mashing the heavy brakes, And its super adjustable to the point i matched my cars seating position, Distance from pedals, Steering wheel tilt and height. Its great. Really like this stand for its price and being able to use my comfy racing office chair is a plus. Thanks!]

I told them what is the problem and in 30 mins after they send me a response we had a conversation and solved the problem. An excellent support team.

I feel like they very selective w/ who they wanna help. . .received poor customer service. . . secretlab chair >>> and they customer service better too
