I had them come pay me a visit unannounced, to fit a pay as you go meter in whilst I was on the middle off training which I have now missed out on most of it and 1 bloke out off the 3 that turned up just took himself into my bedroom without permission he told me after he had already been in there. Don’t invite yourself anywhere in my home without permission

What the heck is this crap? Got an email from them?? Not going to log into who knows what!?

They kept calling, silent phone calls, texts constantly and calls! When I don’t even owe a debt. Asked to remove my contact numbers still texts/emails and calls.

Will be reporting as dreadful people considering they are looking for the wrong person!!

i made a mistake and said they where only doing there job they are not they hound hounded me to get more money out of me for plusnet they sent me a letter asking for £250. for a cancelation fee with PlusNet i got the citizen advice to help me and i told them the only reason we left plusnet was because we had a router that was working but we ask them if they could check out the speed they did but it wasn't very powerful and they ask if i wanted to order another for £40 so we thought it would be another week so we left them that was about 6 months ago they took the money out every month by direct debit and we did not owe them a penny when i rang Arvato financial solutions and told them it was a lot of money they said they would check it out they sent me another letter asking for £50 pound i was over the moon they had got it down to £50 so i rang them and paid with a depit card a few days latter i had a text message this was about a week ago asking me to get in touch with them so i did only to find out they still wanted the £250 and the £50 was added to it WHY I HAVE JUST CHANGED MY MIND THEY SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE THIS MORNING hoping i was going to pay the rest of they are the lowest of the lot trying to get others to pay by sending letters i have been in have been in Roseberry park hospital im full better now but know when not to pay someone for there bully tactics trying to get them to pay so they can get there profit

Constant Texts Calls Emails
My uncle passed away suddenly last July! He had a plusnet mobile phone. Paid July bill for phone then contacted plusnet to cancel the contract. Customer service said they said I’m not allowed to cancel the contract so I went to my uncles bank and cancelled direct debit..
Now 8 months laster Arvato harassing me day and night for payment... My uncle is deceased you morons what you think he has the phone in his wooden box making phone calls to family??? You fools I’ve told you I’ve told plusnet he is dead phone not been used. Any more texts calls emails I will Sue you

Do your duty and report them! I started receiving text messages sent to my company mobile phone asking to contact Arvato via their myrise website. I am not a debtor, nor is the company I work for, and they chase up someone's debt, not mine. They also text debtors name and surname to my phone. I phoned them up to explain the situation and told them to stop as they clearly had a wrong number. Today they phoned me again and were really aggressive over the phone. Their rep first asked whether I was a debtor, I replied no, then he told me that I need to stop messing with them and start paying my debt. I replied again saying that he got a wrong number and I was not a named debtor, to which he replied that I still should pay even on behalf of someone else as they will be coming to my house. I could not believe what he was saying and I asked him what was my address. Then he replied: "I know you all live in... " and gave me the address of someone living in Newcastle while my company is based in Wrexham. I took to it to our company lawyer who wrote to them an official warning. Their reply was that they never phoned my number. Fortunately all conversations are recorded and when our lawyer sent them an mp3 recording of the conversation, their reply was, that they have never authorised their rep to phone me and it must have been a rough and unauthorised operation on their side. Can you imagine how bad they are!!! Since their last reply our layer sent an official complaint to FSA. DO NOT TRUST THEM REPORT THEM TO FSA or financial ombudsman.

Reported to the ombudsman as they clearly are not a reputable company, I am being chased for an electricity bill despite only being in 1 property as the bill payer and the electric is included in the rent as per my tenancy, I am also being chased by another dodgy debt collector for the same balance. The financial ombudsman service is who can investigate and punish companies like this I would urge all of you that have had similar issues report them too. These companies can take no action against you while the FOS investigates there dodgy dealings on you're behalf

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Fraudulent firm alert!

Arvato FS is an unethical and fraudulent firm. Just check out the numerous complaints about the unethical and illegal practices of this firm on Consumer Affairs website (simply google Consumer Affairs ARVATO FS)

I sent their client IONOS an email in Nov 2019 requesting cancellation of domains. They pretended not to receive my email and continued to renew my domains. I finally cancelled my credit card in 2020 to stop fraudulent deductions from my account, having already lost hundreds of pounds.

Against my authority, they claim to have renewed my domains yet again in Nov 2020 and after I refused to pay, they passed on my details to Arvato FS for £60. Despite telling these morons that I now live abroad, and there is little point in chasing me (even if this invoice was genuine, which it is not), these incompetent fools just do not get it!

The illegal bit is that Arvato issues invoices for non-existent services! My services were terminated by IONOS in 2019!

At the moment, I'm in the process of getting this firm investigated by the HMRC for VAT fraud and Tax Evasion. Followed by taking each of their Directors to task so that they are never not allowed to hold office ever again.

awful awful awful. terrible experience, hidden added costs. fobbed off complaints, not understanding at all about financial problems. tough to get in touch with, been waiting on a refund off them for nearly 2 weeks. would never ever deal with this firm if i had a choice. awful.

Received a demand from Arvato by eMail - so badly produced it looked like a scam and I was about to delete it, and it's a wonder it wasn't rejected by anti-spam automatically! No letterhead or logo, nothing to say who they were, no company address etc. - I'm pretty sure for a registered company that's actually illegal! The demand turned out to be genuine enough (my mistake - overlooked paying for something I thought was cancelled), but the way Arvatos handled it was totally unprofessional. Even their RISE web site is garbage - click the wrong button and you're stuck - "back" in the browser doesn't work, and there is no menu to navigate your options! The reference numbers in the "letter" which you download from them tells you who the debt is for, but none of the reference numbers or other information give any details at all about it, nor relate in any way to the original debt. Clicking on "Who are Arvato...." gives "An error occurred while processing your request." Did someone produce this web site as a school project or something? I've seen better from school kids!
