Things I wish I had known before shopping with Ascot Wholesale
Item was not what I wanted and not as described in the product description. Quite rightly Ascot told me the name showed there would be a measurement line on these glasses but it was not described in the longer product description. Fortunately I was not required to pay a 25% restocking fee on this order.

I'm very impressed with Ascot…
I'm very impressed with Ascot wholesale. The manufacturer of an item (not Ascot themselves) incorrectly stated the capacity of some glasses. Obviously this is not Ascot's fault but that of the manufacturer's. Ascot sent a courier to pick them up the next day and offered me a refund or exchange. I was able to speak to a person the whole time and they were very very easy to communicate with. I would buy from Ascot again in the future.
