Emailed them with a question

Emailed them with a question which was answered the very next day. Outstanding service. A lot of emails sent to other sippliers normally dont get answered within a week. After the answer which was correct i placed an order and it was delivered to me within 2 days. Great service

Was advised delivery would be Monday 5…

Was advised delivery would be Monday 5 January, waited in all day. Email saying delayed until Tuesday. Waited in all day. Received email saying couldn’t deliver. Said delivery would be Wednesday 7 January. Arrived today. 2.5 days waiting at home. Not impressed. Have not checked television yet.

Ordered a TV for black friday on the…

Ordered a TV for black friday on the 28th November, as of the 9th December it still isn't here and with no idea when it's coming. Unprofessional and dodgy practices such as never receiving a delivery confirmation or timeslot, just a phone call from the company who promised a delivery date that came and went without the TV arriving.

I'm not sure what this company is, but to me it seems very tin pot and unprofessional. They are either incompetent or scammers, and only time will tell which one it is at this point. They offered a discount on the product that was better than their competitors but the cost seems to be an extra payment in sanity.
