Another trip to this wonderful shop of the most beautiful lighting.

Amazing customer service and very helpful when trying to decide on what light fitting I wanted. Would definitely recommend this shop and very reasonably priced.

That was totaly unfare to say that I knew how bright the light was when I saw it in the shop. If I knew, I obviously would not of brought the light that was a stupid remark to Make!!! Because the light was also amongst other floor lamps, it made it very difficult to Know just how bright the light was if standing alone in my front room. I asked if I could see the light away from the others so. I could see just how it would look. To have those many lights together made it even more difficult to imagine how it would look on its own in my frontroom. And your choice of floor lamps were very poor. I wanted the bended floor lamp, but you only had one in colour. Just about every lamp was in silver so you hardly had any choice at all. Out of all the different floor lamps you had in the shop, I, could only pick one which was out of my price range which again is very poor choice as you had plenty in ceiling lights but nothing else.

The best lighting shop I’ve been to in a very very long time and certainly the best I’ve found near me here in Wales. Don’t go online. Don’t go to a department store, go here! Prices are brilliant too.

One of my favourite shops packed with the most beautiful items. I have purchased two crystal chandeliers, a mirror and large framed picture from this shop for my home and visitors always comment on how lovely they are. Prices are very reasonable too.

This is the second lot of 7w bulbs I’ve purchased from Astral. The quality are exceptional and for me, replacing halogen bulbs with a total output of 600w and reducing that to 84w with a much better lighting quality makes sense to me.
The staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to assist offering different choices to suit your needs.

Just bought all my bedroom units from shop so much to choose from tony was very helofull would recomnend this shop and its not expensive but high quality stuff be going back soon

Excuse the pun but they are. We bought some ceiling lights from them a few months ago but it took longer than expected for our building work to be completed and when we went to fit we discovered there was no earth in one of the light positions so the lights we bought couldn’t be used. Despite being well after the 28 return or exchange period they didn’t quibble about swapping them for a class 2 compliant double insulated light which had to be ordered in. Then when they couldn’t open because of Covid-19 so we wouldn’t be able to pop in to collect, they rang up to say they’d contacted the supplier to arrange for posting to our house instead! Needless to say they’ve now arrived and we’re very satisfied customers. What fabulous service. Thanks Astral!

We can’t fault this place - the staff are extremely helpful and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy anything (although we did as the selection is huge) v laid back store , definitely worth a visit .

I bought two outdoor lights yesterday and as usual the staff were very helpful. This is the 3rd time I have purchased from Astral lighting. If it’s not in the showroom you tell them what you want and they can normally find it in a catalogue and get it ordered for you. I don’t go anywhere else now for lights.

Great service, great friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help me even bringing lights from upstairs downstairs “due to me having a bad Leg” very attentive to my needs and took there time while serving me & even carried my purchases to my car

Ordered item online received a call to say item was discontinued and no longer available so would have to have a refund, refund went in quickly and no issues, one star deducted for advertising and selling items which aren’t available but deffo would order again not staffs fault and they were apologetic

An amazing shop with so many lights to choose from.Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble,helpful without being pushy. Definitely worth a visit browse at your leisure. Will go again.

Happy with customer service and lovely staff as they go out of there way for me and as been good loyal customer and recommend my family and friends to go to the show room as they have such a huge amazing variety of lighting.

Very helpful staff. Excellent shop, probably all the lighting I have seen under the sun. Fantastic selection.

Good advice given at the time we went looking for new lighting. A great range of products. Even the electrician was impressed by our new light fitting. It has lit up a dark hallway very brightly with these new type lights. I also purchased new bulbs for some other light fittings we had. Very happy

Don’t be fooled it’s not all Chrystal and diamanté’s... I like unique and these guys will go to the extreme to get you whatever you want at the right prices . I once was a Benjamin’s customer until I realised how extreme they’re prices were compared to astral who is guaranteed to cut the price of the same product .. tony , Wendy absolutely fab when it comes to service ... makes shopping friendly and very relaxed 😊

The best light centre ever! Beautiful variations of lights and furniture and the service is outstanding. Thank you to the two Tony’s and their fabulous staff for helping us chose the right lights for our home! Can’t recommend them enough!
