I ordered a portable projector from their clearance section - exactly as described and really good value - would happily use them again.

ordered a HP Sprocket Photo Printer for £86.34 (inc P&P). Item was advertised as new, but after completeing purchase I received an email reporting that they had just realised that the item is in fact a ex demo model and asking if I want to proceed! Unprepared to pay near premium price for a demo model I declined and asked for a full refund.
I dont accept that they "just" discovered the demo status ... it is more likley that they are dishonestly advertising a used item as new and hoping that customers will roll over and accept the deceit.

Response to sellers comments. I have justed purchased a new sprocket for £89.00 so not sure where you get your figures from. Even on HP website you can buy one of these for £119.00. At the end of the day you advertised an ex demo unit as a brand new item. That is plain wrong regardless of intent.

We purchased a refurbished Dell colour laser printer. It arrived promptly (to the north of Scotland!). Delivery costs were very reasonable and the printer itself is almost like new.

Good selection of products, but you need to know what you're looking for.
Probably better if you're a bit of a techy or at least have some IT experience. Very good response to email requests. Will use Athema again.

Particularly impressed that, when first ordered, they contacted me to check I appreciated the item's limitations regarding connection to my Mac. Scoured round the net for a suitable alternative and landed back at Athema for a recon job at a price I could afford that I'm more than happy with.
