It's always nerve racking to use a local rather than global firm, but we were reassured by previous reviewed and our experience was excellent. We were contacted immediately on landing and met in arrivals, where we were guided through the process and introduced to the car. The drop off was equally flexible and personal, and the car perfect for our vacation

I must say all been excellent until your blocked money will be return only after 1 month. Ridiculous and unacceptable time frame. I admit I didnt read T&C Q20, as i thought it will be like everywhere same 5-7 days, nope here is 1 month. So if you have lots money lieing around do use them. This situation unfortunately ruined perfect holiday ending. So no i do not recommend until they find proper solution to this idiocity.

We have rented a car from ACR Car Rental in Koropi three times. Every single time, the communication has been excellent and they have gone the extra mile to help us have a smooth rental experience. Super friendly staff. Car was immaculate, had no issues and was well taken care of, and the process was very smooth and quick. We communicated via email many times before arriving in Greece and everything was as described. They even dropped us off at the airport when we returned the car. Highly recommend!

The experience was absolutely top notch. Two very friendly guys were waiting for us at the designated area at the airport with the car and they were very patient and considerate in showing us the controls etc. They were amazingly helpful when we had a problem on our journey. They were waiting at the same place when we returned the car and the process of checking the car and signing off the rental was very professional and easy. The whole experience was so much nicer and quicker than anything we have encountered at any other car rental offices and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

ACR is an amazing rental
Company. They are honest and they deliver and pick up right at the arrival and departure at the airport. The reps are considerate and very respectful. I have rented from them 3 season now. They are GREAT and highly recommend!

This was such a positive experience.
The contact was personal. We were met outside the arrivals hall, just 20 metres from the door, there was plenty of time to inspect the car, take photos, etc. Payment was taken there and then, the service agent was very informative and spoke good English. The car was almost new, only 4,000 km on the clock. The return was also extremely easy, directly to departures on the top floor. This was a very good customer experience and I will defionitely use ACR Car Rentals again when I return to Greece, because I will return, I enjoyed it so much.

Everything about Athens Car Rental is so different from what you normally expect from car rental places. They are extremely friendly, thoughtful, courteous and accommodating. They dropped off the car at our location in Athens and were right there to meet us exactly where we needed to be when we arrived to leave at the airport. Everything was done speedily. They made it all so easy, and also the price was excellent. It was completely free of the long waits and grumpiness we have come to expect from the North American big brands! Totally recommended!

Athens Car rental offers competitive prices with professional, prompt customer service. They delivered the car to our door at the agreed to time ( saving us an hours trip to their office). I booked a car after reading the glowing reviews and was slightly nervous about being met or not at the airport at the right place and time. No reasons to worry about anything: all went very smoothly.
