Such a bad experience
I placed an order, in August 2018, for a barbecue on my daughter's birthday around 10 days in advance. First , around 4 days before the barbecue date I was informed via email that they had runout of hamburgers, but I had ordered beef and ribs, etc as well. At the due date I waited, and waited and waited but never received my order. Upon calling the company I was told that the courier couldn't make it, but he could come the next day!... There was no point as the barbecue party had been the day before, as such I did nothing but cancelled the order. Not sure if received the money for the courrier back, still have to check.

The meat is good quality but the customer service is nonexistent they don’t even have the decency to respond to your questions or queries after I even spent good money with them.
