Replacement tyre.
The new tyre was ordered at short notice and obtained quickly. I was informed of its arrival. The tyre was fitted efficiently and promptly. The other tyres were also checked for me, also the brakes. The technician gave me a full explanation of the state of all the tyres and recommended a check later on this year. He was friendly and helpful.

Great Service
Despite a few problems with online ordering the fitters at Grantham were excellent. They sorted out the correct tyres and refunded the online payments promptly. On the day they fitted the tyres at the time booked in and did a quick free check of wheel alignment, due to the wear on the tyres, and were honest enough to report that there was work required.

100% satisfaction
Last minute repair was needed due to a flat tyre. Guys were super busy and near closing time, but advised if I could wait they'd have a look. 30 minutes later, I was pretty much back on the road. Friendly, professional and very helpful.
