Good communication from the beginning had a small problem with a beeping noise from the old tracker , Gareth was so helpful got one of his mechanics to talk me through it over the phone and all sorted , good people to deal with, would recommend to anyone wanting a cheaper van

Overall good service, easy to communicate with, were professional and quick to respond to queries, the ambulances I bought were in great condition as described and for a good price, delivered promptly. Would use again

Auction itself, absolutely faultless, lovely chaps, nice and easy.
The transport and delivery section, polar opposite, absolutely awful. Avoid using them at all costs.
More expensive than other people and hugely unreliable.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy at auction. We purchased two tippers for a fair price. Office staff is helpful, polite and quick to respond.

Faulty van purchased. Coolant leak 5 miles away from their auction location. No reply to my emails and had a phone call to say it’s sold as seen bla bla yes of course it is but they knew it was leaking as the engine bay had been valeted. I expected at least some guidance or an offer to check the van and find the issue but basically told they CANT help. So beware of the overweight conmen that they are.

I am a private buyer and this was my first buy at an auction. There’s a live chat on the website, my questions and queries were all answered quickly and satisfactorily. I made a few phone calls to them to ask questions too and I got a very friendly and helpful vibe from everyone I dealt with all the way up to when I collected the car.
After registering you can view a clear table of what the fees may be for you on top of the hammer price, these aren’t available to view before you register and put down a refundable deposit. Be sure to look out for that so you aren’t in for a surprise. But I felt fairly dealt with and would trust MMA again in the future.

Honest appraisal of items

Looking for a medium van and MMA had a wide choice of, mainly higher mileage, vans with one fleet owner. Reasonable information re MoT and service history and some vehicles with obvious faults. Excellent photos. Straightforward registration to bid on line inc £500 returnable deposit. Very pleased with purchase vehicle condition and price. "Title Indemnity Fee" of £880 + vat was higher than expected though I'm sure it was in the small print somewhere - hence 4*

Excellent company to deal with, fully transparent with pricing, bought a car yesterday (10.03.2022) Dean explained everything, completely open and honest, dealt with this company last year to purchase another car for my parents, FAULTLESS.

I signed up, hoping to follow an auction and see the prices....
NO VIEWING the auction without paying the £500 Bidding Deposit....
NO Bidder's Fees shown without paying the Bidding Deposit...
Cannot see any auction order...
I've now discovered that Indemnity fees get added onto their Bidding fees...(apparently very high) ....
Glad I've avoided this scandalous behaviour !!

Premium Warranty Offer
Don't rely on this and don't let it fool you into a false sense of security, purchasing a vehicle from this Auction house.
The warranty company know that they are placing a warranty on a vehicle of a certain age with high milage, with the full knowledge that they are never ever going to have to pay out on a valid claim.

I purchased a Transit Custom Van from this company thinking that with the warranty if anything went wrong with it, the problem would be covered and payment made by the warranty company, the truth is far from it.
When I called the warranty company with valid claims they hid behind the saying " the vehicle is if a certain age and deterioration of parts like a steering pump or steering rack are not something the warranty covers.
So buy your vehicle with this in mind, THE FREE WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S PRINTED ON !

SCAM (Avoid unless you want to pay more than market value, especially when you add the other fees on.) No transparency, I bid on a vehicle, and the price went up, from a fair price to crazy price. Straight after the auction its available again like many others that were in the auction, It happens again and again, with many vehicles going up to crazy prices and straight after the auction they are back for sale. You can even see towards the end when they are trying to sell a car they wait for bidders to come in after the hammer would normally be down. It's because there are no bidders and they are hoping some gullible will then put in a bid!
I assume they pump up the bids so you think there is great interest...
This is a SCAM!
